I was looking for heavy-duty hinges, and these fit the bill perfectly. They are very well-made and feel solid. There was a minor issue with one defective screw, but the customer service team was excellent and promised to send a replacement right away. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Good replacements for our old 1960’s hardware
Hardware Source provided good replacement hinges for our original 1960’s hinges. They arrived quickly. A couple of the hinges had an issue and the customer service response was excellent. After we supplied photos showing the issue, replacements arrived within a couple days. The end result is a kitchen that looks much more modern without ripping out and replacing the cabinets.

Great experience
Rashad helped me find the right hinges for my armoire through hinge finder. They were a perfect fit. Unfortunately, I received one set of different hinges but Rashad came through again and shipped the correct ones out promptly. Great experience! Would definitely buy from them again!

Hinge miracle workers
I was having a difficult time finding a replacement for an unusual cabinet hinge. I had looked all around and was giving up hope - until I found HardwareSource's hinge finder. Within an hour Dom had responded to my request with the exact type of hinge and a link to purchase a replacement. Highly recommend!

This would have been a much lower score…
This would have been a much lower score if not for Dom. We were shipped the wrong hinges twice. in trying to get the right ones, we were getting nowhere with the customer service department. They finally referred us to Dom who listened to all info and evaluated pictures of the cabinet. He knew just what we needed and shipped us the correct hinges within a couple of days. Dom earned a five star rating alone! He is a great asset to your company
