An absolutely 5/5 experience through and through.All of the questions I had before the purchase were answered in detail you rarely see.Once the package arrived I was blown away by the care taken to male sure the pedal arrives in perfect condition.Making sure that inner box wrap and the safety wood shavings match the pedal color was just the cherry on the top of this fantastic experience.

Great selection and fantastic service
Music shops have been disappearing so it has been harder to find certain pedals. fxpedalplanet came up as pretty much the only UK stockist for something I was after, so I tried them out. So glad I did. I got exactly what I was after and very quickly too. Pedal arrived in a well protected box and had been qift wrapped with free plectrums and a little thank you card. Top service I will definitely be using them again. I just need a bigger pedal board now!

I've been following fxpedal planet for…
I've been following fxpedal planet for a long time on social media and finally got around to ordering a new overdrive pedal from them, when my old pedal finally gave up on me.Everything was straightforward, order, delivery and the packaging even came in my favourite colour. Oh! , and the pedal was excellent!

I purchased the above from Steve which are made to order. It's always a bit scary paying for an item of this cost up front from an on-line store but I needn't of worried as Steve made the whole process easy, with a professional manner and great communication throughout. The amp is sublime in every aspect. Well done Steve. Highly recommended. Stuart.

Super company to deal with. I bought a pedal as a Christmas present - it arrived quickly, was packaged with care and I received a lovely personal email telling me when it would be sent/ what to expect. And they did exactly what they said in the email.I don't know the last time I thought a company had proper integrity and customer care. This one does.
