This is where end my business relationship with this company. Terrible customer service, they Don't respond. I WAS RIPPED OFF, they didn't send me my items. I will take the loss of money and learn from this mistake. Never order from this place. Or do..and take chances. You been warned. They short me product of 4 mesh rolls .. and won't even respond back. It's just not worth it to order again.
Love the variety of colors! Working on how to stop fraying so bad; looking forward to using this in more projects.

I purchased 50 table runners for my wedding next month. My package arrived very quickly- heres the problem. they sent me 11 wrong colored runners (matte)....mine were satin. He told me to return them at MY expense to get a refund, mind you...this was THEIR fault! Jacob (the online rep), told me that colors may vary because of where they receive shipment. It was never noted under the description of the item! Coming to a semi resolution, he was going to reimburse me half the amount of money on the runners that were wrong. Last time I checked- if the company was wrong, they would do anything and everything to resolve the issue to make the customer happy.....NOT THIS COMPANY!! SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THEY'RE SCAMMERS!
One of the worst ever. Took credit card paymenton item they did not have in inventory. Won't respond. Won't refund payment taken on item they never shipped. Just an email saying item out of stock. Now nothing. Oh by the way shortly after the purchase there the credit card number was manually entered at a used car dealer for $9,900 charge.
I'm a returning customer of fuzzyfabric. I shopped more than 5 times. Products delivered on a Promised date. Good customer support.
Fuzzy Fabric is one of the best online store ever. I ordered the tulle from Fuzzy Fabric and received it a day ago. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of tulle. Their service was really great. Any products from Fuzzy Fabric never disappoints!
Awesome quality with the product, just can't believe their prices. Got the package delivered in 4 days with their flat rate shipping. They have lot of stuffs, do check out and i'm sure you will be impressed.
