Sold us floor but it didn't come with transition strip.
We purchased floor, it was delayed, once installed the brand (armstrong) didn't come with transition strip to hallway hardwood. What they installed broke, called to have replaced then we were told the company didn't make it. Very frustrated, staff didn't retu r n our calls. We finally went on youtube and find someone who made his own. Thats what we did. We have a 5 ft transition and they came and measured, they knew we needed it but never informed us, and tried to get by with a plastic strip!

A competent, consultative sales person
A highly regarded contractor, Mr Tom Norton, suggested that we use Franklin Tile. We visited Franklin Tile and fortunately we were helped by Kathryn Cahill. Kathryn is an excellent consultative sales person who brings a strong sense of design and harmony to the task of picking out the right tile that will fit the existing decor; with so many choices the task is overwhelming ..We were very lucky to have Kathryn guide us through the many steps in making our final decision. We have recommended Franklin tile to our neighbors whom I know have done business with your company....

Franklin Tile came and gave me a quote for installing a tile backsplash in my kitchen. They were unfailingly polite and timely. They performed the work and I was extremely pleased with the results. I would recommend them, and should I need any flooring or tile work, I would use them again.

We recently had our backsplash tiled by Franklin Tile and Carpet. We are thrilled with the outcome. It came out beautiful and the grout color recommended to match the tumbled marble subway tile is a perfect match. They also did a very nice job protecting our new counters and cleaning up.

Horrible service!
Horrible service!! Tried to bring back some tile back and was told that due to the tile being in my garage and loosing its color they wouldn't let me return the tile. Tried to speak with a manager and was told that he wasn't available. Absolute worst service ever. Will never recommend this company to any friends or future clients.

Great experience at Franklin Tile Carpet One. The Avedisian family are wonderful to deal with and made sure everything turned out perfectly. We also had a specific delivery/install date that they accommodated for us without any issues.

Great job on my new tile bath floors
Great job on my new tile bath floors, very professional job and love the tile. The installers were very professional and got the job done so quickly. Did all the tile cutting outside and were very neat.The second job was 3 rooms of carpeting and a staircase. I love the Lee carpeting, it has a short pile but is shaded so it looks longer. Very plush when walking on it. The installers were very good, John did a wonderful job and especially on the staircase. Both installers were very nice and very professional.

This organization, Franklin Tile Carpet One, is A+++
I highly recommend Franklin Tile Carpet One. From the moment I walk in the door, the sales personnel, Theresa and Sara, were courteous and ready to solve my problem of a rush order that just happened not to be in stock. One thing these Pro's do is listen, and they are very responsive. The day of installation John (who is a super Pro Installer) encountered multiple issues due to the home being 50+ years old. Not only did John immediately communicate this issue to, The Big Boss, Anthony, but he went back to the store, and they problem solved. And let me add, this problem was NOT part of their general services. I couldn't believe it as I was sure I was going to have to hire a contractor to solve the issue. The sales staff is professional and not at all pushy; the installers know what they are doing, and the owners are available to service their customers, no matter what it takes. Without a doubt, I will recommend them to anyone looking for their type of service. They are A+++

I purchased 100% wool wall-to-wall carpet here for the same price a competitor was charging for a cheap nylon mix. Received a better product, price and very good service—from sales to installation.

Excellent service and quality product
We recently purchased carpet for our nursery from Franklin Tile and Carpet and were very pleased with our experience and the product. Sarah provided customized advice for us while shopping in the store and expertly explained all of our options based on our price point and needs. The installers were on time and so wonderful; our dog takes a while to warm up to strangers and they came armed with treats to help ease the situation. So nice! By the time they left, he loved them. The installation job was clean and quick and we're very pleased with the carpet quality so far. We'd highly recommend Franklin Tile and Carpet - great people, quality, and service!
