Easy to navigate for bookings which replies are fast and efficient. I was at Zama Dental Clinic in Tilum for a crown replacement. Less than 1/2 price of one at home in Canada. Facility was clean, organized and very efficient. My dentist was super particular and careful. Saved me from a root canal in another tooth. The best freezing I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Dr. Roche personally. He even makes out a medical report with X-rays to send home with me. Buenos!!!!!

Dental Departures a nightmare!!!
The Dental team who performed my surgery were excellent. This review by no means reflects their great work which is 5 star. Dental departures on the other hand well.....After locking me in and me paying for the treatment I was dropped so quickly. I received no contact for 2 months until the surgery was done and I was back in a Australia. I cancelled my support person as the support I was promised, information and assistance in task management after my operation was never forthcoming. No on even contacted me o. The say I arrived. Nothing. Then when I complained they tried to use it against me telling me the "boss" called me on the day of one of my surgeries. Which I missed and no voice message was left. So not important from unknown number. Really shit support from a company only interested in lining their own pockets. Don't use them. Just as easy to deal with the dentist. I did after I had the argument about being mis-informed of price by $10,000 AUD Over original. Would I use Dental departures again? Never. I will deal any follow up straight through the dentist. A waste of time paying someone to do nothing or give you incorrect information or just outwardly lie to you. Not a place of integrity or any honour or pride. Dental Departures.

I had great support and advice all throughout my implant experience I was disappointed when it came time to get the crowns put on and was told the contract with Rejuve had finished and I had to navigate my own way through getting the crowns put on.

Not sure where Dental Departures fits in here but the dental work I had done in Nogales MX by Dental Arts was exceptional. Their staff and the quality of the work is far better than what i was receiving in the USA.
