This company is a sham. they have had my sofa for two months and I still don't have it.
Expensive leather furniture delivered to our home by this company. They put it out on the asphalt drive. I offered them to bring it inside and unpack there, but they declined. I went back inside only to realize that they had not put down any ground tarp and turned the furniture over while removing its protective covering, scraping the arm. And,In their haste, the razor cutter they were using created 2 slashes into the leather seat cushion. Seriously? They should have…1st brought the furniture inside to avoid surface damage and potential damage entering the doorway….2nd told the customer to get a flashlight and carefully inspect the furniture for any cuts, scrapes, or other damage….3rd…don’t shove paperwork to be signed in the face of the customer while acting like you’re in an insane hurry…4th …remind the customer of the importance of accepting this delivery; that you have the opportunity to refuse delivery if the goods are damaged, not doing so could make it difficult to get a fix or a replacement.
I placed an order that deliveright was supposed to perform the delivery on. I’ve been waiting for the delivery over a month past when it was supposed to be delivered. Deliveright scheduled their delivery one day, then without any notice, it gets pushed to the next day. That day passes, no notice that the package won’t come. I reach out to customer service, and the guy says well the truck broke down the day before, then there was no one to deliver it the next day, but don’t ask us when it’ll be delivered because they don’t know. It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional.
I’ve shipped thousands of items for my business. Deliveright is by far the least competent and most disastrous 3PL or freight carrier we’ve ever used. Losy probably 10k using them and we only had 20 units there. Extremely long freight times, insanely high storage and customer pickup rates. Every single invoice I ever received from them needed correction. Stay away.
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever worked with as my 3PL. Hidden fees all over the place. Delays in almost every shipment. And then complete lack of following directions on requests.I would run from this company in every way you can. We used them for 60 days and that was only because our stock was already there. But we knew in 10 days that we needed to switch.
Deliveright was contracted to deliver furniture for our commercial Interior Design projects on four different projects in four different cities. Only one of those deliveries was made during the "expected lead time window" that we were given by Deliveright of 21-28 business days (and that clock starts after they pick the shipment up from the vendor, which in our experience can take up to three weeks). They had one of the orders for two months. It was scheduled three times for different dates. They continued to give excuses and reschedule. When they did finally deliver the tables, they arrived two hours past the delivery window without any communication regarding the delay. They did not have the appropriate tools and were not prepared to provide the white glove service we paid for. IF you can reach someone in customer support, they will just give you the run around and have zero interest in customer service or retention. READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! I have no idea where they get the 5 star reviews because I know our experience is the norm rather than the exception. Deliveright is notorious in the furniture industry for slow deliveries, constant delays, poor communication and horrific customer service. They have damaged our relationships with our clients and, in turn, our reputation. Find another freight or white glove service - AVOID THIS COMPANY!
If I could give a 0 star I would. My customer was told 10-15 days. It has been 6 weeks and only after sending letters, calling, raising you-know-what and then arranging for a much more expensive white glove delivery team to deliver the furniture did my customer receive a call from Deliveright to schedule the delivery. Do not have anything delivered by this company. They will delay or just not deliver when promised. Will not communicate unless you try everything to contact them. I would not buy from a company that uses this company to deliver anything.
