I value being part of the Credit Union of New Jersey, because I know they have my interests up front. This past week, while verifying an automatic mortgage payment amount for me, Anna Andrews noticed that my share account was locked due to inactivity. I did not know that before she told me! She coached me through the procedure to unlock the dormancy. We did it together, and it was taken care of in short order. Anna was thoughtful, observant, kind, skilled, and calm. I am so pleased to have worked with her, and that CUNJ knows the value of great employees and REAL PEOPLE!
