Great company to work with. Nice to find a company that cares about customer service. A mistake was made on my order. Once I caught it I contacted them and Daniel responded back informing me that he made the correction to my order. I received the order quickly and am delighted with the final product. Thanks for putting your customer in front of the dollar.
Great great. I love it and my husband was so happy and surprised about he's bday gift,, he was talking about to make one, he didn't expect to me order it, soon we will order other one, even my friends will order form here because they have a bad experience on others company's,, everyone want to get one. I was concerned about a possible fake website after paying for my sign, but I am a very happy customer. The metal sign is beautiful and the recipients of the gift absolutely love it. It looks so good now I want one for myself lol. Craftmysign responded quickly to an email I sent and the sign was shipped super fast! Will order from them again!
I was skeptical, like many others I have been scammed with online purchases. However, I couldn't be more pleased. The workmanship is PERFECT....just as advertised. My sign arrived quickly and well packed. I have already ordered another and im sure it wont be my last !!!

Our camp sign from Craft My Sign is amazing. It was easy to work with this company and the customer service was prompt and helpful. There was an issue with the delivery of the sign, not the fault of Craft My Sign, however they went above and beyond to assist me with the carrier. I appreciate the communication with Daniel. The sign itself will enhance our camp and is a perfect quality and fit.
We looked online for a good quality metal sign that was different from everyone else's, becauseeveryonehas the same things. And boy did we find it. We love it and it looks amazing. There wasn't anything like it that we found anywhere else. We sent an email about our oder and got a response within an hour! That just doesn't happen anywhere else. Amazing sign, amazing experience. Upon opening the received package I had little or no expectations. The result was pure joy. Others crowded around me to watch. All at once everyone commented and praised the workmanship and then the content. Ideas formed about how they would like one and for whom....I am going to order again with a different design
I had a custom design that we wanted made into to roadside/driveway entry sign. I worked back and forth with David to tweak the design to enhance the manufacturability while maintaining our original vision. He was fantastic. The final design review process was very efficient and easy. The shipping and tracking was excellent, and the final product exceeded expectations. Very happy with the whole process and would recommend Craft My Sign to anyone.
Our condo sits on the Chester River and we wanted a sign that would let anyone who visited our house to know this. The sign we received arrived when we were told and was just what we were looking for. It looks perfect in our living room hanging over our sliding glass doors that overlook the river. We wanted to honor and display our pride in our family beach house which we've owned for 45 years. The sign that Craftmysign produced for us did just that.
