The Community Wellness Outreach programme at the FBC Centre was an excellent experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, informative, and well-organised. Special thanks to Samuel, whose professional, friendly, and knowledgeable approach made a real difference. Highly commendable service—Wokingham is lucky to have this resource available.

When I was released from the hospital I was left with no follow up appointment. Was trying to find everything by myself with no luck. After 1 video appointment I was at ease. They I formed me they would set up everything for me including transportation. They are send the much needed medical things to my house

The medical personnel appeared knowledgeable and concerned about my well being. I did not feel rushed. Zoom worked very well in our communication I was able to see Ms Eubanks reactions to my responses and she mine.
