Unprofessional and Immoral
I rented a car through this company. When I got to the desk, the rental company attempted to overcharge me for insurance with an exorbitant rate of $42 per day, which was more than half the cost the rental itself. I refused the car and informed CARNGO about the situation. The manager agreed that that was a rip off price, but claimed their is nothing they can do and threw the terms and conditions nonsense at me. The company refused to help me, even though they knew I was being ripped off. I lost $1500. I will never use a company that refuses to stand up to immoral behavior from their suppliers.

Do not make a prepayment on car rentals
I made a down payment for my car rental for airport in Vancouver,bc and could complete the rental at the airport. I requested a reimbursement of the $ 889,35 but it was refused.Never ever make a prepayment!!!

These people are rude and scam artists. I needed to cancel a rental. My assistant went to car rental place because that was on confirmation. They agreed to refund but could not find my reservation. When they realized it was carngo, they told us exactly the script and what would happen. mohammed was eude to my assistant and they pocketed my rental money. Stay away!

If you get rejected by the rental car…
If you get rejected by the rental car company (eg, if your international drivers license doesn’t meet their standards) then CarnGo will not refund you any of your purchase amount. Be aware of this. If you’re rejected by the rental car company for any reason then this third party will happily pocket the entire purchase price. This is a scam company. Beware.

Does your company even know about honesty. When you take a person money out of their account. The second day of reservation. When the pick up date is 3wks before their vacation.Then you never return their money.When they never picked up a car.. Also got a call said couldn't honor my master card so I won't be able to reserve a car. But already took my money. And it's been 2months and still haven't return my funds. Who does this kind of business???? Rep off scam.

Stole my money in Colombia
I booked a car through carngo/cartrawler for an afterhours pickup when my plane landed. When I got there the office was closed and security turned me away. When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me.
