Expensive shipping, lost item first time round, sent wrong items as replacement.My experience with Cannonkeys was horrible, I order an items the first week of Jan which should have been deemed lost after a week of the tracking not being updated.They then sent a replacement which was delivered BUT it was someone else's order who was based in Switzerland.I would not recommend them based on any criteria, I had to chase to get a replacement and when they did send one out, they couldn't get me the right item.With how much they charge for shipping, it should be the right item but they have a lack of quality assurance or adequate service.

I am tired of missing parts

I have had to reach out to support so many times for multiple different items and I have never had it take less than 2 months to get this sorted out. I am so tired of dealing with their terrible turn around times and their inability to provide me with what I purchased the first time around.Their quality control is horrible and their product photos are misleading. I will not be buying from them again.

Great CS & logistics

Their CS is extremely helpful every time I have an issue, granted I don't have many. They fulfill in a reasonable amount of time, 1-3 days, and anytime there is a hiccup, they will update with answers.

I love trying new switches and CannonKeys always brings the heat! They messed up my order during a big sale but they made it right in two days. Highly recommend!

Slow Customer Service

Slow Customer Service, Inaccurate Advertising, Order Cancelled due to incorrect stock information.Have had to reach out to their customer service over an order they cancelled I placed, apparently it was due to a stock issue in the system and they had run out despite showing stock still. It took a week to respond to me. Also for a recent 48 hour sale they had it was only about 38-40 hours long, rather than a full 48 despite still having stock. Several users in their discord complained about this but they don't care. Had a friend email them about this too, and he said they took several days before they got back to him.I've liked them in the past, but they've gone downhill over the last year or 2

They have some really great keyboards

They have some really great keyboards. I am not a fan of waiting on group buys, but they always deliver. Would recommend!
