Outstanding customer service
I purchased a camera from Camera Canada and would not hesitate to recommend them to any potential buyer who may not have heard the name. They had the product I was looking for, at the right price, but what I would go back to them for is their customer service. Good communications throughout the process, and good after sales follow up and follow through. They stand by what they commit to and overall, I had a very positive experience. A smaller retailer but a good Canadian company to deal with.

I am going on a photo tour this Sunday (so excited!) and decided that I needed to bring a second body with a landscape lens, because the landscapes there can be just as thrilling as the wildlife. I researched on the internet and found the perfect lens: Sony FE 16mm 1.8G. Very small, surprisingly inexpensive, perfect for my needs. BUT none of the retailers i would normally go to for Sony had one! I was starting to think that the people doing youtube reviews had received copies in advance, and that it wasn't actually released yet. When I checked the Camera Canada website, there was one - but by then I was sceptical that they had one when nobody else did. I sent them a message from the link on their website, and early Saturday morning, they responded that they DID have one! I ordered it, expedited shipping, they shipped it on Monday and it arrived today (Tuesday). All smooth, very nice to chat with online. My new go-to for camera gear. Oh one more thing....earlier last week, when I was shopping for landscape lenses, I had enquired with them about trading in an old camera body. They responded by asking for pictures, but advising me that selling privately would bring a better price. Which I did and it did! Same day sale!

Great customer service, fast delivery
Great customer service, fast delivery, perfect camera.I purchased a new camera online from Camera Canada when it was out of stock most other places. I didn't know the business, so felt a bit nervous spending so much money. They were wonderful. They called to confirm details of my order, delivery was very prompt — even during the Canada Post strike — and the camera is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely support this local business again whenever I can.

$2k lens shipped into US with no issues.
Purchased a $2k lens from Canada Camera and had it shipped to the US without a problem. They sent me and email and text letting me know it was on the way and the package arrived on time in the condition stated. Couldn't ask for more.

Professional service on all levels. A caring spirit for the client runs through the entire team. I have purchased 6 items with them, including a camera. Prices always in line and sometimes even lower. Shipping is fast with items packed carefully. Very glad I found them. Erik in Customer Service stands out. He is quite helpful, and if needs be, will give the extra push to get things done.

Camera Canada were wonderful to purchase from. The item shipped quickly and was well-packaged. After seeing the item's price drop a few days later, I gave them a call and they quickly refunded the difference. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and friendly. I had the good fortune to deal with Camera Canada very recently; in the purchase of an Olympus OM_D E-M5 Mk III Camera (Feb 27/2023). It was indeed a very fruitful journey into purchasing the item "online". The Customer Service was excellent; and the delivery of the item was expeditious and received in very good order. To me it just reeked of "Professionalism & Assurance" that reeked of admiration and sense of all round quality, in product as well as their courtesy. Great place to purchase photographic gear in Canada
I have purchased a couple of times from Camera Canada and each time they have provided great service, with competitive (or better) pricing. Shipping was satisfactorily quick, and the items were as advertised and undamaged. When I had to contact the company, the response was prompt and efficient. I would definitely purchase from Camera Canada again.
