Wonderful scents
Wonderful scents. This is my second ordering experience, and had no problems whatsoever. I loved using my discount discovery to choose a large bottle! My daughter in law and I discovered Byredo during a destination wedding trip, and now it's our absolute favorite decadent luxury.

Always a smooth experience
Knowing that I've been a fan of Byredo for years, my friends gifted me a voucher. Ordering has always been smooth, and the delivery process is not only easily detectable but also on time. I got myself the Molasses lipstick, which is the most beautiful crossover between a mauve and a brown, as well as the Vetyver hand cream (which I already knew I'd love for its subtle yet fresh scent). The only thing that I regret is that my staple perfume for years, Baudelaire, was discontinued years ago, and my second favourite, Sellier, was re-formulated recently. I did get a sample of the new Cuir Sellier but it's just not the same, sigh.

horrible, overly-extended post purchase experience
A horrible experience, from the moment I made an order to handling my request later with customer service (Janine, Byredo Europe). Perfume ordered in early January; delivered on the 9th of January, apparently to the wrong address / delivery spot. I don't get any notifications where to pick it up just see it on online tracker that it has been delivered. Contacting customer service late January, answer super slow. Perfume return to the sender was initially around similar time. The 20th of February I am talking still with customer service - where is my perfume and am I getting it re-sent or money returned? (they have not informed on any actions on this since 4th of February).
