Order at your own risk. I’ve placed a couple orders before. First order or two were fine. One order, half the medicine leaked out of the bottle and no response from the company. Placed order 3123037, waited because of internaltional shipping, and it straight up never arrived. There goes $140. Don’t know that I’ll order from here again.
Ordered twice from budgetpetcare. First time sent me flea and tick for Australian pests. Second time for African pests. They are killing pets. The medications do not protect your pets in the United States. Read the insert in the packaging.
I’ve ordered Bravecto for my 3 little chihuahuas, and also for my brother’s Staffy. Both times the orders arrived within 1-2 weeks (so plan ahead!). The boxes are slightly different than in the US upon close examination - they’re written to European standards using metric. Other than the very fine print, the boxes are identical. And the prices! I paid less for 3 tablets than I pay for 1 here in the US! And, no Rx needed in Europe so there’s that convenience factor as well. I just placed my 3rd order with them, and will continue to use Budget Petcare online.
I have been a long-time customer for many years with Budget Pet Care and have been nothing but pleased.. with many things such as, the selection, lower costs than chain retail stores and online competition, great pricing and discounts, plus customer service that is always helpful.

Had a great experience with this company. I Orderes Simparica Trio from them at very competitive pricing and everything arrived as promised. Shipping was a bit slow as the item was shipped from Canada, but overall a very good experience. I will order from them again in the future.

BudgetPetCare is a great company! Their website is easy to navigate and they always have deals and coupons available. They ship promptly and the customer service dept has always been helpful to us. This is THE only place I buy our cats' flea/tick prevention meds.
I love that I can get my 2 small dogs' flea/tick/worm meds for FAR less than at my vet - without a prescription! The meds are identical to those sold in the US but are from Europe (they may even be better as the EU has much better regulations than the US does). I have had to deal with customer service when I accidentally ordered twice and they were very helpful. They solved my issue right away. I recommend BudgetPetCare.com and am glad I discovered them a few years ago!
I am so happy with this company. I have 4 dogs and fleas had overtaken my dogs at one point and to take all 4 to the vet would’ve been so expensive. What’s so good with this company is I can order when they take their one pill and have it in before they are due.
Easy to navigate and to find needed items. Orders are always received in a timely fashion.
1st order went fine. But I had apparently opened 2 accounts. Not sure how that happened but received double order and I paid and save the products. BUTT! You can not see or change your auto orders online. You have to call and the guy I talked to barely spoke English. He cancel one of the accts and refused to transfer $16 of credits from the canceled account to my other acct. Said he could give me a $10 credit. I said OK. and he changed the next auto order out 6 months since I still had mets from original double order. Of course youu can't see auto orders so you have to trust he did it. I waited 5 days and the $10 credit never appeared. 12/19/25 chat was never active. Sent emails that were rejected. On 12/20 the chat was working and I was told he sees no information about a $10 credit. Said he would have to have the order number. I said there is no order. After trying to make him understand the whole long story I gave up and he agrred to cancel my account. I lost $27 of credits. The only notice you will get about the auto ship happening is an email that tells you your auto shipment is starting and you have 2 or 3 days to change it. Of course you have to call to do that. If you missed that email and 3 days has passed it is shipped and you have paid and not a darn thing you can do to stop it. There price was a little better than others but not worth dealing with. 1 star was a stretch.
