Book Dubai Trip great cheater during our December holiday 2019
We had book the agent for December 14 &15 - 2019 With 4 Persons package to Hatta Mountains Safari with Lunch / Overnight VIP Deluxe Desert Safari Tour with Hotel Pick Drop Confirmation. This agent was totally a cheater and I had got us cheated. Firstly I was cheat for private table dinner which I paid for and end up queueing for my dinner with my wife and children. Secondly I was cheat for the room stay which I suppose to get two room but only given one room, this was totally not acceptable and I had to call and message the agent, I also wanted to call the police but luckily they gave me two rooms that I paid for.The car was not that good and the Hotel pick up was late or either we need to walk to a distance where he park the car unacceptable Guess service. Thirdly The Hatta Mountain was totally nonsense, he did not Drive through the mountains Roads but he took us on the highway and make his road trip easier. The driver was always inside his car but did not show us around during the Hatta Mountain. Fourthly He also did not mention any payment to pay for the ATV at the desert and I had to get my wife scolding because the children want to play with us. Guess I was totally played out with this agent and never going to recommend this idiot

We visited in Feb mid Our tour guide jhon picked us up from Five the palm Its was an hour drive to the desert The sightseeing was so beautiful Then we drove the quad bikes at an area called Al Badayer Its was great experience After that the dube drive was so excited Hos music collection was very nice After that we reached at campCamp was like nice Food was average Over all Great Experience

RIP OFF SUNSET RED DUNES SAFARI TRIP
We went on a Red dunes Safari on the 14th of Oct.What a rip of, we paid 240UAED instead of the 150 AED, for the 40min desert drive. Driver said no only 20 minutes, he must go with leader of the group. Strange thing there was no group only us!!! The ride where dissapointing (we did it on a previous visit to Dubai) When I mailed a complaint to them, they did not bother to answer me.

Pick from your Apartment, Hotel, Residence or other Location Pick up by: Toyota 4x4 Land Cruiser for the Safari Adventure On the way 10 minute stop for Breakfast, Arabic Tea, Coffee..............Didnt happen, we stopped for fuel though despite us being early for the driver ............. Adventurous drive to reaching Desert High Dune for Photo Stop See your life BEST scene of Sun Rising and it shine spreading.........Arrived about 10 mins after sunrise which was disappointing ......... Capture your beautiful moments in photography Enjoy Sand boarding slide from high dunes to down...............Not offered or equipped for this................ Cold drinks, Water, Soft Juice refreshment.................Some water and cans in his armrest................. 45 Minutes Dune Bashing at Lahbab Desert (Known as Red Dunes) by Professional Safari License Driver After Dune Bashing thrilling drive to desert camp site...........What a drive across the roundabout to the quad track......... 20 Minutes Camel Riding 20 Minutes Quad Biking.......Charged at an over the top rate in a medium sized car park with a worn out machine.......Drive back Dubai & drop off your Location.......Where he had no card machine and I had to withdraw cash.....Emailed them a few times but they have my money and don't care they didn't deliver their promisesThis review refers to Book Dubai Trip - booking reference BDT05201810 at 450aed per person 24 Customer Support +971 50 9685 786
