Absolutely one of the best companies I…
Absolutely one of the best companies I have dealt with. My Roman blinds had stopped working, had dropped down and wouldn’t wind up. I contacted them over Christmas and had an immediate reply suggesting the best possible replacement. It arrived and now they work perfectly. Excellent communication. Excellent value. And Blind Spares saved me so much as I was considering buying new blinds. So grateful.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Items arrived in under 3 days. Such helpful input in helping me choose the correct tilter. Now I can sort my various blinds when I thought I'd need to replace them. Highly recommend.

Amazing Service
I had spent a long time on the internet looking for a spare part for my blind. Blindsonline was the only company i could find that had the part and it was in stock.Ordered a single spare part to repair the broken blind. I placed the order about 11.30 am on Thursday and paid extra for one day delivery. It was dispatched within 2 hours and arrived first thing this morning less than 24 hours later.excellent service. Highly recommend

Magic performance.
I have a tale much the same as earlier reviews. I needed a replacement part for a wooden venetian blind that is nearly 20years old. Bought the spare with a hope and prayer and could not have wished for a better outcome. Nice fit and works well. Service was great, just two days between placing order and receipt. Very highly recommended.

Blindspares.co.uk are one of the best companies I have made a purchase from. Very quick and easy communication and speedy delivery. They stored the tilter for my 7 year old blinds that not even blinds2go themselves had a part for anymore. It cost me £8.99 and to top it up the post was free! New blinds would have been £100 and the fixing company quoted £150.Fantastic customer service. Will always go back if any need for the blinds. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Customer Focused Company
Having searched many sites for Intu micro blind spare I found BLINDSPARES who stocked item at reasonable price. Brilliant service
Fantastic service. Timeline- Tuesday morning, checked website and asked for samples. Wednesday, samples arrived (2nd class) placed order afternoon. Friday, order despatched (48hr Royal Mail) Saturday, order arrived and fitted. Blind looks great with pattern lining up perfectly.

Effortless service and delivery
Well after bugging my blind company for a extra headrail clip,for a month after mine snapped. I thought I'd try this company . I wasn't too be disappointed. I took measurements and ordered the spare part. Arrived in two days!!! 🚚 Good quality metal headrail holder. Fitted perfect on my blind at 21mm. And now my expensive blind is back up after a month of having no privacy on a ground floor apartment.The pictures have the measurements spot on. Which was super helpful. Product quality for the price is amazing and fast delivery.Needless too say I'm a very happy customer. Thank you very much 💕

One out of three of my Louvolite motorised blinds stopped working. Browsed the web for a replacement and came across blindspares.co.uk. Never used them before, but so glad I came across them and purchased.Won't go into all the finer details, but from start to finish the service I got from them is amazing. Fran was more than willing to help answer my questions (and I had loads!) and not once did I get the feeling that I was getting half-hearted responses.Had a really great experience with them, and will now be my go-to for any replacement parts for my blinds. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
