The Best Online Order Experience
I recently did an online order with Big D Vapor. The website was very clear, easy to find what I wanted, and the whole process of ordering was just amazing. Their prices are cheaper than any vape store I could walk into. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they don't carry one brand of vapes that I really like. Overall, it doesn't matter and maybe in the future they will decide to carry that brand. I do live in Texas, but I was still amazed at how quickly I received my order. I have ordered from another place here in Texas and it took almost two weeks to get my order. From Big D Vapor, I had my order within 2 days of ordering. Everything was perfect and I appreciate that I was notified every step of the way for my order. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you so much!

Love this company! They have great products, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. One of my favorite vapes has been discontinued, but I saw they had some in stock. I recently started ordering product from this company, which by the way they are beyond FANTASTIC, and as long as they are in business they will have my service 💯. They not only get your stuff shipped out fast and efficiently, everything was perfect upon arriving, and they personalized my invoice by thanking me using my name. I'm sorry, that right there is outstanding alone. Their customer service is so phenomenal as well!! I ordered 7 items and they only had 6 of the 7 items in stock. The company personally reached out by email to give me the updated news and asked me to reach back out so we could get the problem solved a/s/a/p. I called and spoke with an amazing gentleman and we got the problem solved in just a matter of minutes. Did I mention my order is on its way as I type this. Yesss, ma'am, yes sir, I would definitely recommend this company to my family, friends, and many more.
