Bogus bonus offers
This site is very deceitful with bonuses... the last three I redeemed were never issued to me with an array of excuses. I have been a loyal regular for years and deposit frequently, at least every other week yet for some reason I don't meet the requirements of a depositor? In any case, there is no fine print or any mention that there are conditions to receive any bonus. So they tricked me into providing customer feedback, having me sign up for Telegram, and taking surveys for their benefit while leaving me empty handed. And I spent weeks following up only to be promised credit within 5-7 days that would never appear. I didn't seek out any of these promos either, they were all dangled in my personal inbox and I foolishly took the bait. Sucks to be taken advantage of.

This casino has the potential to be the best one online but has 2 flaws. Withdrawals(Crypto)take 2 days every time I’ve done one and even (crypto)deposits take at least a half hour sometimes an hour to post. Every other casino I play completes withdrawals in under 10 minutes the majority of the time and deposits take less than a minute. I’m talking about once the transfer has been confirmed sent. But I’ll tell you what, they have the best game selection and I won on there several times. But who wants to wait two days to get paid. I really wish they could fix that. Stay away from BetUs. They kind of force you to use crypto deposits to avoid big fees, this is also so you have no way to get your money back, as getting your money out is a endless cycle of excuses and obstacles. They make withdrawal nearly impossible. My advice is to NOT use crypto for deposit.

Hello, so I recently made a purchase with credit card which was declined, so I got temp credit till I pay off, I asked to pay crypto because I had. I paid in crypto. The 200$ I played with. Slots have terrible payouts, gambled about 100-200 dollars total bets and never won more than a 9x. The literal day after i lost all my deposit, i got a phone call from them asking me to deposit MORE. I told them maybe after i get paid, and the guy literally started asking "not even $20 today? Just $20." Terrible slots, terrible marketing, brutally annoying phone calls. I told them to stop calling me, and they said they will call me back in a few days 🤦♂️

I'd give 0 stars if I could I bought in for 2k and got a little under 4k in bonuses. I got up to 15k it told me I had completed my bonus took 10k away from me and left me with 5k telling me I had completed it. Shitty but hey atleast I had 5k. Went to with draw it and they canceled it telling me I had to complete another bonus playing through 198000$ in order to withdraw 5k. So even if I manged to get my account up to 280000$ I could only withdraw 5k. Complete scam
