Paid the 1-2 day shipping
Paid the 1-2 day shipping, 5 days later received my item and the lady told me on day 3 call Monday for a refund of shipping and yet Monday she tells me she can’t…. I paid 2 times more in shipping for it to be in my hands by a certain day. It didn’t arrive till the day after I needed it. I got a notification stating it would be arriving Friday and it was then rescheduled to Monday. So my order was received, they did not send out in a timely manner.

Very dissatisfied with this company
Very dissatisfied with this company, I will never order another thing from them, I hope you stay away from them as well! Never received my items and they promised to send replacement and never received them or responded back to my email.

Don’t bother with this company
Arrived in great time but item was not quality material and smaller than it should have been for a youth large. I specifically ordered a large and he weara a medium. Looks more like a small. Also they advertise 15% discount. Never happenedShameful customer satisfaction Then wanted to argue with me!

I ordered on the battle.com website and did not receive the gloves that were pictured. I reached out to customer service and let them know the wrong item was sent and their response was:The gloves you received are the newer version of the gloves you saw on the site. We are waiting on updates pictures, which is why they are slightly different in what you received and the photo that represents them on the site. We do apologize for the confusion. The gloves on the site are not a version we have any more. If you are not wanting them, please visitBattle website so you can return them for a refund.This is absolutely ridiculous and false advertising. If you are selling something with pictures it should be what is pictured that you received. All they did was say yea we know we messed up. You can send them back or deal with it. Do not order from this website

FAULTY SITE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL AND DONT EXPECT A REFUND!!!!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I placed an order for turf tape for my son to have for his football games on March 28th!!!!! It was April 3rd and the tracking number that was sent to me was a USPS tracking number and it said “Awaiting Item”!!!! I reached out to the store by phone with zero success, no one EVER answers this line and it goes to a voicemail!!! If you can’t tell, my exclamation points are my anger with this company!!!! I spent over $50 and as of April 8th, constantly checking my mail in case the tracking information was wrong and NOTHING! I emailed the company on 3-separate occasions and received a reply from someone named “Brad”. Brad’s first reply stated that they were having issues with their tracking number but that my product has shipped. STILL In all I received NOTHING 12 days after my order and I paid extra money for expedited shipping which promised 5-7 business days!!!! And with regard to business days....USPS delivers on Saturdays so we all know once something is sent through them it’s still in then mail on Saturdays. Anyways, I could go on about this experience!!! It was AWFUL....then all of a sudden on APRIL 9th, I get an email saying that my item is on its way!!! IF YOU WANT SOMETHING QUICKLY FROM THIS SITE DO NOT ORDER AND BEWARE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND AS I REQUESTED TO CANCEL AND RECEIVE A REFUND AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND NOTHING!!!!

Terrible customer service....
Purchased a Mouthguard for my 6 year old son, which melted after reboiling, although instructions were followed. Contacted the company on numerous occasions however, no one bothered to respond to my emails! Terrible customer service.
