I reached out for product support after purchasing the item over 1 year ago, emailed the company on Sunday and got a response within 24hrs. Customer support representative, Crissy didn't try to argue with me or tell me the product was over a year old and warranty does not cover, but instead she just asked me to send a short video of the problem. And just like that, within minutes of sending the video, new replacement order was placed. I would 100% recommend ASTROAI for their products and customer service. Thank you ASTROAI, and thank you Crissy!

It was a little different using AI to communicate, but overall experience was great. They sent out the part I needed at no coast which was great! Would defiantly buy more products from them and would recommend them.
