Aspirus Medicare Advantage-Poor Customer Service
I've signed up for the Comprehensive Dental Plan, but Aspirus Health Plan did not transmit this information to Delta Dental. I logged a complaint 4 weeks ago and Aspirus Health Plan has yet to send this information to Delta Dental. Because they failed to provide Delta Dental with this updated information, Delta Dental has denied my dental claim, and my dentist is billing me for this balance. This is incompetence and a failure to resolve an open issue logged by a Medicare patient.
