Wrong item was mailed to me
I ordered Bantu hair relaxer and they sent me a fish comb. Will not be ordering from them again. And it even says on the receipt Bantu hair relaxer and they sent me a comb. Bad for business. Will not be ordering from them again. Zero stars

They cancelled my order through Walmart
My order was cancelled rhrough Walmart due to what they called a price glitch. I reordered through Walmart from the manufacturer for lass money than the ordinal order. They had raised the price on the Walmarts website $7.00 to $22.00 a box. I reordered and paid $15 each for two boxes from the manufacturer.

I ordered their advertised pack of 3 bottles of woolite laundry soap. Box only had 2 bottles in it. Ordered it thru Walmart and contacted them about shortage. Their reply stated the box weighed what it was supposed to and they would not be sending the 3rd bottle and no refund. I told them I would not be buying any other products from them. I suggest no one buy from them. Let's put them and other retailers like them out of business!

My bottle of Nature's Care "body acne treatment spray" was 1/4 empty. The package wet inside casing the bottle. The $15. bottle wasn't worth the price. Pays to shop at a real store.

They only shipped half of what I ordered, but still charged the full amount. They are unresponsive to my and Walmart's (AmericaRX is a Walmart sub vendor) emails. Total rip off!

Absolute 100% scam. Dishonest. Will take a customer's money, yet never send the products. Will lie nonstop. Phone message service is full and cannot take any calls. Has been full for 3+ months.

I ordered a two pack of the Gillette…
I ordered a two pack of the Gillette deodorant with the blue power beads. The order came and it was just regular deodorant. I called Amazon to complain and was sent the wrong one again. After reading reviews I see this is a common thing with this company. They charge for the better product and send you the lower quality less expensive product. I feel ripped off and something needs to be done. I think I'm going to the BBB on this scam company.

Complete ripoff
Complete ripoff. I placed an order with Walmart on Jan 8, 2023 for Gold Bond foot cream. My credit card was charged $26.30 on Jan 11, 2023. The product has not been delivered. I've followed up with AmericanRx at least 3 times to complain only to be given the run around. I'll never order from Walmart again unless Walmart is the seller. No more 3rd party vendors.

I thought I got a decent deal on Gillette Clear + Dry Tech Wild Rain. I though there would be more than one in the bag but was charged WAY more for the one 3.8 oz roller, at $17.73!!!

You will not get your order or a refund
Do not make the mistake of ever ordering from this seller on Walmart. Never received the things I ordered and impossible to get a refund. it has been weeks. NOT LEGIT.

Only half of my order arrived
I ordered from AmericaRx through Amazon. I only received half of my order which was supposed to be two of the two-packs of bottles of lotion. I was charged for four bottles and only two arrived. After numerous communications with AmericaRx, they claimed they had shipped all four bottles. I will never do business with this company again.

There is no customer service
There is no customer service. There is a person that text message with you but to just ignore your request.I purchased a cane and when I received it, it was warped. Sent them photos of the warped cane and they wanted more and more photos to make it hard on me. They did offer a $2 rebate for the warped cane All I wanted was a straight cane replacement to make it right. No way! Shady company to say the least. Quit communicating with them and will never deal with this company again. Not a way to treat a customer. They suck!

I would have never used this company…
I would have never used this company had I researched them. Sent the wrong product. Told me they did not. Will not send return label for refund. Offered me 3.00 to keep the product. Not about the 11.00 spent. More about the fact they rip off people. Purchased from the Wal-Mart app.

Complete disaster
Complete disaster ! Mailing me wrong items I eventually sent the package back costing me the same price I paid for my items. Overall I guess I’m SOL contacted them once they told me it would take a week for my Refund. It’s been two weeks still nothing. Someone need to make a statement on these scumbags & maybe be careful where your buying your item from. never again I guess.
