If I could give them 1 star I would. I have POA over my father due to early stages of dementia and I have used this POA in the past for buying and selling property for him. The underwriters don’t give two blanks about you and my lawyer stated they are liable if there are any damages due to not letting you use this POA. The POA is perfectly fine and gives me more power over one person than anyone should legally have really. Well because we had to get a last minute special POA for this transaction it almost killed my father cause he just doesn’t understand which made his anxiety and blood pressure go up. He is still early stages but he is elderly and that’s why we got the POA so I could do the transaction for him. This company could of read the first page of the POA which clearly states I can buy or sell real estate for my father. They should be ashamed of themselves and I will never recommend them for what they put us through.

For the most part, everything was great. However, a phone call to let a person know you are sending something by email would be a great help. I myself check my email first thing in the morning and do not check it again until the next day. Also, your emails should show that they are coming from accurate not someones name you have never heard of. Because of this I deleted important information and delayed my closing.

Finally closed on loan today but beware of doing this at the Smyrna office. They do not believe in masks and Covid-19. No one was wearing a mask and got comments from the loan officer basically telling me I didn't need to wear one. It was the most uncomfortable experience me and my wife have ever been through. I will never deal with this company again and if me or my family get compromised because of these ignorant individuals I will see them in court. Looks like all you are is a number to them to make money off of and they do not care about your personal health.
