The professionalism displayed, the reasonable quote, the timely manner in which I recieved my order and all around experience was amazing especially being a small business owner and being new to this form of advertising and marketing.

I was on a very tight deadline and needed my order quickly, but I didn't want to compromise on the final look. 48HourPrint delivered on both counts - the processing was incredibly fast, and the print quality is top-notch. My first order got lost by the shipping company , no fault of 48hr print. But I needed the item for a show and with only a few days left, 48hr print jump into action got another maded which was a banner. Got it shipped over night so I could make the show. The item was great . Actually fantastic. They was not at fault it was the shipping company's fault. They actually didn't have do anything. They are great. They now have a customer for life. They do great work. I would and will suggest anybody reading this to use them . .
I don’t normally leave reviews, however my experience with 48HourPrint was outstanding. I ordered a banner with a logo. Their website was intuitive and easy to use. They had alerted me of a potential error with my proof; I called Support and found their demeanor to be easy to talk to, professional and knowledgeable.

The prints came out fine ! It got to Dallas in time BUT was stuck at Fed Ex for 5 days . This was not expected!! my client didn’t have his brochures for his event because of Fed Ex . I would like to see the requirements for uploading artwork at the beginning of the process. Instead I just randomly came across the “requirements” while skimming through the “help” page This would have saved some time if I had known this in advance. This can easily be a “link” placed right above the “upload” section
I absolutely love the banner, I think it turned out great!! I could not believe the shipping! It was 5 days earlier than the “ expected” date
48HourPrint.com answered questions and fixed issues with the artwork I submitted. The order came fast, accurate, and the quality looks great. My folding cards came flat, but they align very nicely on folding. I would definitely use 48HourPrint.com again.
