Not good at all didn't even get past billing? Because once I was sent my confirmation email with my total and thought it was normal but then hours later I got a random product update that something had been added to my order. So my price had doubled. Then, when I asked them about it and said, I did not authorize this, they gave me the ran around then took the product off. But then my total was still moreThen, when I asked them about this, they stated that my confirmation total was more than the confirmation total email they gave me. And they were trying to have me pay for shipping. From the other product they had originally tried to add-on to my order very sketchy, very unhonest people. Would not recommend Watch your account for fraudulent activity

Managed subscription, shipped anyway
I do almost everything on my phone. I got the email that the subscription was coming up to be shipped. I tried to manage my subscription. The website kept sending a code to my email. When I tried to get the code, it took me out of the email. I shot a quick email to support to stop the shipment to which they replied it had been stopped. In the meantime, I made it to the website & made sure the shipment was delayed. A couple days later I received and email the product shipped. So I cancelled forever. I hate subscriptions!!

Wuffes appears to be helping our dog if 13 years.
Had a very pleasant experience with customer service at Wuffes. Our dog is now enjoying his new treat. Seeing a slight improvement in his hind legs being o. It for three weeks now. If it continues improving at this rate I’m going to keep him on it as long as he’s alive. Thank you Wuffes.

Been a long time customer with Wuffes. All of my pets love the bite sized goodness. Have no problem feeding them their daily Wuffes as is, in fact they come to me during their time of the day to get their "treat".Also had the opportunity to work with a representative named, Nancy. I recently lost my main source of income due to a unexpected studio shut down and needed to delay my subscription. They were incredibly empathetic and fantastic in customer support. I did not feel haggled when I needed to make changes to fit my current situation. Here's to finding a new job and to new customers to enjoy Wuffes!

Great Profuct
Although I had already given my rating I will give another. My 15yr old King German Shepherd was suffering from hip dysplasia and could hardly walk. After giving him the product he was walking just fine. Along with the 23in1 Supplement. Sadly he passed the end of January 2026. But, he did live a full life. For that I thank the makers of Wuffes! For giving him that! At the end he could not longer get up! He never lost his appetite and I did have to hand feed him. Now he is R.I.P. Thank you All! Good Luck with your Furbabies! What I had left over I gave to my Grandson's dog. June 18, 2025 to January 29, 2026 dates given 2xday daily

The 11 yr old bounced back after a month from muscle/nerve & right hip extension. Seems his old self again, bounding with excitement. Not possitive it is Wuffles chew tabs, but can't say they did not assist. They were started before 2 weeks after the occurrence.

This company is very shady. I tried it for two months and I decided to try another product and had them cancel my order and subscription. I got an email confirming that both had been canceled and then a few days later I got a confirmation email saying my product had shipped and my credit card was charged. Very shady business and liars in customer service buyer beware

ELISA is absolutely remarkable! She is kind she is professional, and I really appreciate her reaching out to me because my car didn’t go through. I had to get a new one, but she took the time out of her day to make sure my doggies had the right medication and she is fantastic at it not only is she phenomenal the product is Helping my animals. One poodle was getting a bit of trouble jumping up on a high bed. After several months she is having no trouble at all. They really worked for her. Just in case we gave it to our 8 year old poodle too just in case. They work!!!!!

My 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks
My 9 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback was not doing well. No energy and walking like she was in pain. That was back in August of 2025. Now in February of 2026 she is so happy and energetic. Can jump into the back of our Yukon XL with no issues now. Runs up and down hills at the park. I’m so thankful for Wuffes. My 2 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback is on wuffes as well. To keep him ahead of the game.

About 5 years ago my little girl could hardly walk. I was not sure if she would ever be able to walk w/o as much pain as she was having.I saw WUFFES on FB and decided that I didn't have anything to loose. Their customer service is great 😊 I’ve been using the hip and joint chews for my dog Vinnie who was having a lot of pain in his hips.. he is doing much better after a month of being on the product and I just ordered some probiotics for another one of my dogs who seems to be having some gut issues.. hoping for good results with those too
