Intuitive UI. Self-serve user guides needed
Ease of use and intuitive user interface is a big plus. It would be very helpful to have tutorials and user guides on advanced features within the app. I had to search for help in YouTube.

I used WeVideo a few years ago and really like it. I recently was making a project and noticed that I had to pay for what I had done for free previously. Even after paying, most of the pictures either wouldn't load or weren't accepted by the platform. I adjusted my project to be less than I wanted it to be. The links provided haven't been working to anyone that I sent them to. I know this platform has amazing functions because I have used them in the past. I feel like I spent a lot of money for a project that was less than I wanted it to be and that no one can see.

Basic but does what it promises
The program is basic, but it does do what it promises to do. Easy editing, handy effect and, most important, great output. The fact that is rendered in the cloud and not clogging my machine is great. Sufficient storage as well.

I like the ability to edit videos from…
I like the ability to edit videos from anywhere with my Chromebook, without having to install software. But the set of features is a bit limited and most importantly has grown very little over time: I wish there was more investment in making the experience better with new features.

Some enhancements suggestions
I love your software! There are some things though, that would enhance my user experience (and I guess that of others, perhaps, too) even more:- the trash icon is placed to a less ideal place (while editing a video), and if pressed accidentally, it does not warn you about deleting something. I think it should.- I miss the copy/paste functionality when editing a video (or I have just not discovered it yet?..)Oh, I've just discovered, that there is a Feedback section in wevideo, so I will probably use that if I bump into another thing that I like less. Anyways, great job, keep it up guys!!

Mixed Feelings
This software has really good potential with what it could do, it has good mechanics and ideas on making videos, pretty simple too. The downsides I believe seems to overshadow the upsides of the software, it’s very expensive for a subscription/membership to be used, which is required for access for most things to use to help making a video. The editing portion gets laggy most of the time, making it difficult for editing to be precisely accurate. And when trying to upload a video in HD quality, especially with on YouTube, most of the time the video gets uploaded but not with the HD quality I should be having with the subscription I’m paying for. This software has many flaws but flaws that can be easily fixed. I just hope this feedback can be taken into consideration.
