Love the new containers for the food
Love the new containers for the food. I do have a problem pealing the package but I think it’s mainly due to my arthritis. I just cut them open. No problem.

Great product...but some recent concerns
I've been a WFR customer for a few years now. I think it's the best base formula for my dogs on the market. I used to buy the bulk 5lbs patties, but that a got discontinued to my consternation. My biggest concern right now is that previously I never felt I wasn't getting the exact advertised amount or more food than what I was paying for. I've always weighed everything on a calibrated scale. I like their new 1lbs packaging style, but I've been noticing most of them are .3 to .5lbs light. This adds up when you're feeding 3+ lbs a day. I'm hoping this might just be transitory with the new packaging rollout. Other than that I've been a happy customer with happy dogs.

Save yourself and your dog the wait for something potentially good for them. We ordered beef and lamb, instead they sent us turkey and chicken. First of all, our pup isn’t fed chicken. Second, she doesnt really enjoy turkey. I removed both chicken and turkey from her profile and ordered beef and lamb. Both of which she loves. I asked for a refund since they wouldn’t take it back and they sent me the incorrect product. Poor customer service and smells like a scam to me. Perhaps they have a surplus of chicken and turkey. But I won’t feed it to our dog. I could have purchased 4 times as much chicken and turkey for what I paid for the packages sent to me. Expensive and a Scam. They don’t care! Don’t do business with a company who clearly does not care about your dog, let alone you!

The difference in my senior(12 yrs)…
The difference in my senior(12 yrs) with mobility issues. Has more energy,mind is good and walks a little over 1/2 mile everyday. His health has improved in his digestive tract and weight maintenance. They do ther packaging right to ship although am waiting for hot summer to test.

The food was great
The food was great. But the new packaging has made all of it freezer burned and difficult to cut in half. The packages used to be evenly distributed. Hopefully you can correct the packaging issues as I much preferred the previous material. The food was fresher.

I have a pug and heard after I got him how out of control shedding is with pugs. LWell he is so much better on raw food, he is thriving on we feed raw.. the best! Customer service is unmatched!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This raw dog food has been fantastic! Since switching, my dog has more energy, a shinier coat, better digestion, and gets so excited at mealtime. You can truly see the difference with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!

The new packaging is better and easier…
The new packaging is better and easier to open up in the morning instead of using scissorslike the old packaging. The new packaging fits better in my freezer. My dog loves the food and his fur and coat is softer and more shinny than ever before. My dog gets super excited to eat his food. I’m very happy I switched over to raw instead of feeding my dog processed unhealthy kibble

they took my money and didnt ever send any food, or even respond
I dont even have any tangible evidence that this company is still in business. I placed an initial order over a week ago and there has been no indication that it has been processed, much less shipped. Ive tried 3 different methods to contact them, and zero response. No reply to text messages, and the automated chatbot leaves me on hold "for 4 minutes" endlessly. Is this a joke? DEFINITELY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! EDIT: I finally got a response, via their online chat. When i asked what the process was to submit a complaint, the representative, "Jelly" simply stopped responding.

Just switched and my dog loves it!
I just switched my mini Goldendoodle Maggie to the freeze dried raw food and she absolutely LOVES it! I had to buy her a slow feeder because she was eating too fast! She’s never tried a raw food that she loves so much! The search is over! It makes me feel so much better that she is getting premium, fresh, and low ingredient food that she can’t get enough of.
