WOW - What’s their secret sauce?
So grateful to be a WOW student! I started in April 2022, in October 2022, I have acquired 34 units, and just went under contract for 24. I never could have done it without the incredible training program and one on one coaching. I don’t think there is a more comprehensive program… they teach you how to do market research, analyze deals, make offers, conduct due diligence, interview lenders, contractors and Property managers. They teach creative financing and JV partnership structure. And when you close, they teach you how to operate the asset. Their secret sauce? This group is more than amazing to me. Stacy & Jen are 2 of the hardest working multiunit instructors I’ve met. I don’t know how they do it with 4 young kids. They’re approachable and easy to work with. I don’t think that I would have invested in multi units again if it weren’t for WoW. In fact, I know that I wouldn’t have. I’m soooo happy that I joined the group when I did. I love that students partner and invest together. I’m very interested in doing that.
