Beware!
I will start by saying I NEVER leave a review of anything online, but this was so embarassingly bad I am taking the time to write. I am helping my elderly parents who invested with this company, and this is by far the WORST agency I have ever dealt with. Just to change their address, I had to file a form--snail mail-- THREE separate times, and multiple calls to get this done (they refused the first form because I put information for 2 accounts on the same form-- even though all the information and signatures were there, then they lost the second form I sent). Customer Service refused to even give a balance for accounts over the phone (even after 15 minutes of security questions) and insisted on sending the information via snail mail, which usually took 2 WEEKS. The website is useless and unhelpful. From reading their other reviews it seems like they do a good job of taking people's money, but aren't so helpful when you need to actually access it. I do not blame the individual agents I spoke with-- it seems like it is a system set up to be slow and unhelpful. Beware!

Prolonging my Mothers Funeral thanks to Vantis Life
My friend mother passed away on Friday I’m helping the family get everything together but we spoke to the representative yesterday and she said they are backed up so it may be 2 weeks to get the claim form to the funeral home director and it might be 30 days or longer for them to pay. That being said how can they have their mother’s funeral. The day she died I contacted Vantis for my friend and they told her to send the copy of her license and her policy number she did via email, then they said they sent everything to claims dept and then they spoke with her and got her information because she is the beneficiary , when the funeral home director called back yesterday they act like none of this had been done but the representative said I have the license and the policy number so I don’t understand it’s not my friends fault you’re back up she’s already mourning the loss of her mother and a life insurance company that she trusted is now prolonging the service but she always paid on time.

Other insurance companies were not real nice to man my age applying for life insurance. Even though my dad is 85 years old and at 52 I rarely go to the doctor Vantis got me a fair quote and got me a great term. They followed up through the process and got all my questions answered I would suggest them to anyone needing good customer service and a FAIR policy.
