I am trying to return a product and…
I am trying to return a product and after intense research on return policies I decided to go with this company now that I’m trying to return the product. I’m inquired addict cost to return the policy because it has to be returned out of Country on your website you have a USA address I’m not clear on why products cannot be returned to that address?. None of this was stated in the return policy because if it was, I would’ve never bought from this company companies that are out of country should do a better job of stating Exactly what is to be expected when we turn in their product your company failed and that!

The worst online purchase ever!
The worst online purchase ever!! They say easy return or exchange - what a LIE! I have tried for over 3 months to exchange my hair, first they delay on choosing what color, then they say to send back to Vietnam and then when you provide proof you sent it, they say "Oh it is stuck in customs check with your local carrier!" WHAT ????? What a waste of my time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!

I was looking for salt and pepper extensions came across vando. The color was a perfect match the quality of the hair was great . Loved it , I installed them myself and had my hair stylist cut them . They look natural. When I’ve told people I have extensions there surprised cause it truly looks like my hair. Thank you

Wrong colour sent costly return
Wrong colour sent It has a returns address in England but cannot use it so I have to return to Vietnam at my cost of £24.99 tracked and insured Don’t use these people

Short changed !!!
The quality of the hair is beautiful but I only received 18 pieces not 20 which is the amount that is stated on the order this is very disappointing seeing I paid for 20 pieces
