Great help from Valerie G! I had another ESA service provider that was coming up for renewal & I just wasn’t too sure I wanted to renew. Forgotten products never sent, annual fees too high, etc. I explained & compared the two companies’ products with Valerie’s assistance. She was able to follow everything I was throwing at her. I tend too talk rather quickly. I knew I was in good hands & had a very positive feeling that I had made the right decision to switch! Obviously, Valerie G. is a great asset to your customer service department. She deserves a big THANKS from me & a raise! Not all people can be GREAT customer service reps. Take it from someone who used to work with people at all levels in a company, from the floor sweeper to the CEO, Valerie G. is a credit to her profession

I had a wonderful experience registering my pet Brody with US Service Animals. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and much easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. I felt supported throughout the process, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing Brody’s registration was completed correctly. Aaron with ESA was extremely kind, professional, and very communicative. He answered all of my questions quickly and confidently, and it was clear he really knew what he was doing. I especially appreciated that he didn’t push any unnecessary add-ons and focused on what I actually needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and his clients. Highly recommend!

Great experience so far! I’m always a little nervous when it comes to online services, but Madison made sure I felt completely taken care of. She was incredibly patient and understanding when something unexpected popped up on my end. 12/10 customer service — and that’s coming from a fellow customer service girl! Shenelle - 2/24/26. Amazing Job
Shenelle (I hope that spelling is correct) was very professional, had a great attitude over the phone and was a very clear communicator. She was not pushy or salesy, she was also respectful of the fact that it was my first time adopting an animal/getting an emotional support animal letter. She helped me schedule to meet with an LMFT who was able to evaluate me and approved my letter based on my diagnoses. Overall a great experience, now i just have to drop the paperwork off at my apartment complex but i would definitely recommend this service to others ! Please keep more people like her on the company roster !!
