Good day all. We are into transportation services here in Nigeria and we are sicking for your brand for an assistance to partner with us here in Nigeria whereby your types of buses would be bring down here in Nigeria to continue carrying of passengers across all states in Nigeria and money would be pay into your account on weekly basis.
THIS WAS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE. i would be rating this zero stars if i could. Our bus was planned weeks before our trip and it was set for 10AM. It is currently 11PM and there is no bus coming for our trip. We have called multiple times and got no information and no calls back. Our bus driver got pulled over, found out they had invalid licenses plates and many repairs needed. They claimed to take the bus to a garage to fix the necessary things and that was seven hours ago. Our whole trip is ruined and they won’t send a new bus or get us there anyway. I would never ever ever use this company again and i wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EMBARRASSMENT OF A COMPANY!!!!!!
Please beware of this company like the previous reviews. Customer Service leading up to trip was ok. Hardly emailed back but would always answer the phone and answered questions, so thought ok. When the buses arrived to pick up they did not have the amenities quoted nor did the bus look like what was advertised. Called and talked to the owner of the company and he said keep the buses or return them it's up to you. You will not be getting a refund regardless. He emailed me later to let me know that they did not lie that they have the right to advertise the most luxurious buses they have. Horrible buses but nice bus drivers. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Bait and Switch as the other person said. Two of the oldest buses I have ever seen, showed up late to the airport. Drivers were fine, it is not their fault but the company most likely does not have a fleet and subs out everything. Contract is overly extensive for a bus ride, you know something must not be right. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I rented a 56 passenger "Luxury Coach" for a day trip from Indianapolis to Lexington, KY for a work event at the horse races. There was poor customer service leading up to the trip but that is the least of the problems we experienced. When the bus arrived, it was immediately clear we got a bait and switch vehicle. The bus itself was at least 10-15 years old and it had nearly 600,000 miles on it. The list of issues is rather long: bathroom light did not work, bathroom was incredible dirty, the AC vents did not work on 1/2 of the bus, the audio did not work for the radio/DVD player, and there was a lingering smell like an old house. Worst of all, the engine on the bus began to fail on the ride home, so instead of a 3 hour trip, it took nearly 5 hours because the engine couldn't get passed 50 mph! (In some cases we were stuck at 25mph!!) I informed the company and received no response from them. The only reason they are receiving 2 stars is because the driver was as nice as he could be in the circumstances. It was not his fault; this company is a sham.
Royal Coach has been the best experience I've had by far. Their turn time on getting you a quote is extremely fast. By the time I had requested a quote, read an article on CNN, an e-mail response quickly came back, itemizing the coach bus I had inquired and the break down of the service. They may not be the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for: Great customer service, fast turn time, high quality new coach buses, and a great driving experience! Can't wait to plan out my next trip!!!!
We've ordered a Party Bus for my daughter's Sweet 16, and we will remember our Best party forever!! Unforgettable! We almost didn't feel any driving, we were just enjoying the luxury club atmosphere and Seattle sight seeing at the same time! I love you American Charter Buses! We rented 3 coach buses about 2 weeks ago. The vehicles showed up 30 minutes prior to our pick-up time. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The buses were new and in very good condition. We got to every place we needed to be on time and had no issues. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely use them again.
