Our new wall mounted vertical radiator is providing great heat and it looks good too! This was our first time buying from Hudson Reed and was a good experience. Good customer service too. Highly recommend.
Hudson Read is one of the best companies I’ve ever ordered Radiators from they are in England and they ship any products within one to two days. They have the best looking finishes on their Radiators.
Great experience with Hudson Reed. Lea and the management team, were very helpful, proactive with shipping updates about delays and timing, and handled replacements quickly when some parts arrived damaged due to logistics, but an easy fix. The radiator I ordered is beautiful and waiting for installation now!Excellent customer service. Thank you!
Fast and correct delivery of my order!
I purchased a heated towel rack and had it installed last April. It stopped heating about 9 months later. I was disappointed that it stopped heating as we enjoyed dry and warmed towels, No appliance repair wanted to evaluate, apparently due to lack of experience with the appliance. The electrician did not wanted to go further than check that there was power. through correspondence with Angelika at HR she ordered a new heating element to be delivered. With her assistance and YouTube I was able to replace the heating element and have a working towel warmer again.
I have not received my part as Hudson Reed informed me it is delayed. But they are keeping me informed.
Received my radiators yesterday and installed them immediately. They were very easy to install and look fantastic. Really pleased with them - high quality, well packaged, and great follow up from Lea at Hudson Reed to ensure everything went to plan

We ordered a hydronic towel warmer but later realized our condo uses steam heat, so we had to return it overseas. Kim from customer service made the entire process smooth and hassle-free from order to refund. She was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service!
2 things. I only need one valve that started leaking after ~ 8 years of use on a chrome ladder hydro towel warmer. I had to buy TWO when it was a faulty valve apparently out of warranty after only 5 years. And 2nd, your cookie policy default is to sell our personal data. That is not a good practice. The default should be to NOT sell personal data.
What made my experience 5 star? Stephanie, she took the time to explain everything and answered multiple emails to help me decide.
Item was packed really well, shipped and received without any issues. Excellent quality product and we worked in quality over 40 years. Relatively an easy installation. The smile on my wife's face is priceless.
I placed an order for few radiators for my house back in July of 2025. It arrived in the US customs Fedex but for some reason, they refused to release them to be delivered to me. Keep asking me for more information, like what it is made of. Why did they need to know that? This dragged on for months. During this time, hudson reed was in constant contact with me and Fedex. Giving them the info they needed. Finally in December, hudson reed said since I've still have not received the radiators, they'll ship out another order to me. I been checking the tracking number and it said in the last week of December that they were unable to deliver them to me and will be ship back to hudson reed. That's around the time i received the second shipment.
I love the customer service. Hudson Reed followed my order through international shipping and gave me updates when the package was delayed by the shipping company and US customs. I love the radiators as well. My only complaint is that the radiators are sold for USA customers at 4 to 5 times the price they are sold to UK customers. I get shipping is more expensive, but it doesn’t justify selling a £250 radiator for $1,800 US dollars.
This is my 3rd Hudson Reed hydronic radiator. It arrived well packaged and no damage. All the parts appear to be there, but the plumber will have to confirm when he installs it. Radiator is beautiful and perfect addition to the small bathroom in my 1914 arts & craft home. Only 4 stars because shipping took longer than promised and anticipated.
The company's return policy was used. They made it easy, and the return to my credit card was fast.My only complaint about the towel warmer is the length of the chord, with no easy instructions on how to shorten the chord. It will require an electrician to re-construct a chord that isn't unsightly.
I placed an order for a few radiators. They were shipped out quickly. However FedEx decided not to release the shipments to me for some reason keep asking for more information. Hudson was in constant contact with me and with FedEx giving them the info they need. They still wouldn't release the shipments to me. Hudson then replaced my order and I finally received them. The shipment held at FedEx was shipped back to Hudson Reed.
The right parts delivered on time.
Needed advice on how to fix a handle that fell off a shower valve. Sent request too late Fri. Rec'd "were working on it" Sat. Got message from Holly Mon with very clear instructions including a labelled picture. Worked like a charm?Thanks Holly!
