I have to say at first I was quite skeptical. The minute I started looking into finding someone to help me with the publishing. I was overwhelmed with all the companies out there that do this type of service. Some of them promised me the world and they couldn’t actually give me any proof that they’ve done this in the past. Now dealing with Urban I really got a great feeling speaking to Elijah and trusted that he would take care of me. Well, it is absolutely true. They worked on both of my books Chance Meeting Templar Knight and volume two of my book, The Three Kings in this world. From the very start they worked on cover design with many reiterations of the cover. And then editing and story flow. It really was amazing to see how hard they worked to make sure that I was satisfied and we had the best product ever. They helped me get all the books on many different platforms for sale so that they are available and they keep going out of their way to make sure I have everything I need to make my books a success. I have never considered myself a writer! Mainly doing Engineering management. A Degree in Management with Leadership Training in USAF! I knew NOTHING about publishing, and Bruce McGill gave me great guidance in that. Also, their technical teams were fantastic. I wanted the webpage to have some unorthodox aspects to it:1- From a Marketing Aspect2- One which would be very interesting to Millenials and younger. Particularly, the ability to pay by card or crypto!3- I asked for some other "Outside the Norm" features as well.They have been very accomidating in this process, even giving them the ability to use their own creativity in the webpage design!I have learned a lot about a publishing process I never could have done on my own.I heartily am very appreciative of the guidance of Urban Publishing Club.
The books that I am publishing with the Urban Book Club are pretty tough as they are very long, and my writing style and "creative" use of grammar and meter provide a unique publishing and editing challenge.They did an AMAZING job with the editing, as well as the advertising campaign. Bruce McGill is a true joy to work with and helped immeasurably.I was very leary about publishing my books as many of the publishers are pretty seedy to complete scams; but not these guys!

They offer website creation, social media marketing, and book publishing on various platforms. They have several companies with virtual offices based in different cities and states. All their reviews are generated by AI and written from fake accounts here and on Facebook. In conversation these people are nice and family-like, but in reality, they drag out time for months creating the appearance of activity. The quality of the result of their work is mediocre and also done with the help of AI. I live in Russia and I was offered several accounts from different countries to transfer money to them (in fact, bypassing sanctions). They also ask to send them login details for your social media accounts in order to advertise there on your behalf (identity theft). I was offered to place my book on sites like Amazon, but on their company website there is no confirmation information that they are actually somehow connected with Amazon. And on Amazon itself there is no information about them. As a result, I lost $ 1000, a lot of time and my dream was abused. Watch out for the names they introduce themselves with (Julian Hart, Morris Ellen, Bruce McGill, Ashley Wolvton). Read the documents and demand all the details. Ask to see the results of their work on sites like Amazon. Ask to see the profiles of satisfied customers and give the opportunity to contact them. If you do not live in the US, then contact someone who lives there, if you are a writer, ask in communities on Facebook. A person who lives in the USA and understands its entire financial and economic structure helped me a lot to understand that I was deceived.
James at Urban Publishing Club was instrumental in helping me with this difficult part of my project. I will use him and Urban Publishing Club again.
