Best Customer Service
I bought a new lg 7 thin q right before my trip to Egypt . I panicked when I realized I needed 40 days to unlock it because I had already suspanded my service and planned on getting SIM from Egypt . This company went above and beyond to help and were so responsive . They had my phone unlocked within a few days of my stay AND were so helpful when I had questions . Thank you so much !

Got my unlock code within the time stated on the site. My phone didn't work the way it should have in asking for the code. Emailed the company who were straight back to me with a work around...which worked!Great service would recommend Used for LG G4.

I really am satisfied with the completed order I like that it was as quick as putting in the SIM card and it worked the only thing that was not so excited about is the wait due to holidays well I’m very impressed I was kind of scared at first to try this out but I’m totally satisfied at this point I recommend this to anyone !

Great service and easy process!
I found that unlocking my phone with this company was super simple and quite quick. I had a question that was answered promptly and I found them to be very friendly. Once I got the unlock email, it took me five minutes to have my phone up and working. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommended!

Yo... Seriously.... I bought this phone on ebay and it was all bad when i got it. Supposed to be unlocked and brand new, it waz brand new but an att preloaded phone. I tried everything and noone could actually help. Fake sites and zero carrier help. I stumbled across this site and took a chance. Awesome! they took care of my dumb a** like i waa their only Customer. Troubleshooting... The whole bit. Yo, if you do have a need to unlock a phone... send my payment 2 months and did not get anything . i try to call them no answer send an email and I got an answer telling me that I was going to get my money back . because they weren't unlock my phone . after that long of having me waiting . this people are rude when they answer emails. i wont comment this service at all.

I unlocked my V30
I unlocked my V30 this morning. Borrowed a friends SIM card that uses another network. Followed the instructions and screen came up for code entry. No harm to friends SIM card. Put my SIM in from att. Down loaded app to check unlock status. Unlocked. No fuss no messing around.

Samsung S6 Edge Unlock
For me it was the third time when I used Unlockthatphone to unlock a phone. All that was necessary it was to go on the website, enter my IMEI code, place the order and less than 12 hours later I had the unlock code.Then, with another SIM from another carrier I simply enter the code provided and...presto. My S6 Edge is unlocked now.
