They did it
This company did what the other companies said no to. I SIM card locked my Vortex T10M pro and they unlocked it for me. Now I can use any Sim card in it.

Stellar Service for Metro PCS Motorola Razr 2024 Unlock
I was initially skeptical about using a third party service to unlock my MetroPCS Motorola Razr 2024.
