Amazing for ex-pats and better than the "big guys"
Asher and the team at UTP have made being an expat (and then ex-expat) and dealing with my taxes much easier. My company had a much larger firm help with my taxes 1 year when I came back to the US and working with UTP before and after that was much easier than dealing with the large firm (and they missed some things that he caught!) I highly recommend UTP if your tax situation involves multiple countries!

I highly recommend Universal Tax Professionals. I live abroad in Europe and recently went through the Streamline Process. Before starting with UTP, I was pretty terrified and did not know where to start. I can confidently say that thanks to UTP and Alex I felt fully supported through the entire process. They were always professional and responsive to any questions I had. As a dual citizen living in Europe, I was very nervous on choosing a company to help with US taxes from abroad, however, thanks to UTP, every step was clearly explained and straightforward. I appreciated the free consultation with Josh and all the time Alex took to help this process go smoothly. I look forward to using Universal Tax professionals next tax season. I am a US citizen living in Spain and…
I am a US citizen living in Spain and really needed an expert tax professional to help me file my taxes and FBAR forms while living abroad. Universal Tax Professionals were just what I needed to feel confident in getting things done correctly. John guided me through what was needed and answered any questions I had along the way. The only negative I'd say is that it's a little pricey compared to other accountants I've worked with but again I'm very happy with them and their quality of service. Thanks again guys!

This was my 2nd year working with Universal Tax Professionals
This was the 2nd year in a row that Universal Tax Professionals prepared my tax return and FBARs and this year's experience was as good as my initial experience. John answered my questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. Once I had uploaded all relevant files, my tax return and FBARs were completed and ready to sign shortly thereafter. While I can't say that I look forward to tax time in 2025, I can say that I look forward to getting my "Confirm Your Spot" Email von John early next year because I know that I am in good hands with Universal Tax Professionals and that they will make tax time more pleasant, which in itself is quite a feat.
