Pleased with the product and service
Union Hardware have finally supplied the the manhole cover which initially wasn't in stock, apologised for the mishap, and even provided free paint plus paid-for delivery to my home.l’m very satisfied with how they resolved the issue, and I’ve already ordered more products from their website. Thanks to their follow-up and customer service, Union Hardware remains my first choice for hardware.

Exceptional customer centred service from Tino at the Msasa branch. I bought some paint which was on offer and was given a further discount. Union offers value for money. Buying and paying for goods online is a welcome service for those in diaspora, who can shop without relying on people back home.
