Eco Worthy do not honor their warranty
Eco Worthy do not honor their warranty. Brand new battery would not fully charge, linked to and existing bank of eco worthy batteries and discharged over night and drained the entire bank, didn't know this until we were on holiday a few weeks later. Dealing with Eco Worthy is terrible, they contradict their own published data to try and avoid any liability by going around in circles with inaccurate information and refuse to replace or refund.In response to EcoWorthy: I'm the customer that you refused to warranty a new faulty battery, which I had to send you a final right to reject goods under the Consumer Rights Act which you ignored, to which I further sent you a formal notice of court action to reclaim losses including the batteries damaged by your faulty product. A court claim is pending for the losses in full.

We required a new leisure battery for our caravan. Looking at the options the easiest was to replace like with like and get another Lead Acid battery. I looked at the Ecoworthy LiFePO4 offerings and liked the ability to monitor the battery condition via Bluetooth but was aware the overall replacement cost with the need for a DC DC charger for charging from the vehicle and dedicated Li mains charger would add additional cost and complexity. I was swayed but the knowledge that LiFePO4 chemistry provides much deeper discharge with BMS protection and much longer life due to greater charge cycle capacity .The overall cost was probably double a standard Lead Acid replacement but it will give greater off grid performance, longer life and far superior management.Overall I think the Ecoworthy is very good value compared to less well known brands and I pleased with the service they provided.Products purchased -100Ah battery DC DC charger 20AMains Charger 10ABattery monitor+ 2x Hall sensors

I ordered the 280AH battery
I ordered the 280AH battery, the DC_to_DC charger, the solar controller, and the 3000W inverter. I haven't used the equipment yet, but everything looks solid and well-made. The only issue was that I accidentally ordered the wrong inverter one quick call and they handled it immediately. I sent it back and received a refund with no hassle. Overall, a great experience.

They don’t honour their warranty
Battery was build awfully. Stopped working after a week. Company told me to charge it then ghosted me.They don’t honour warranties and sell very poor products. Best avoided.
