This experience has been a very good one indeed. I was helped by Michael Romero who has been so patient, explaining every part of how we'll be able to get debt free. His way of explaining everything has been clear and if we have any questions, he is available to help out to explain any doubt.

Honestly… I knew what the phone call was going to be and I really had no intention of doing this. Obviously, I did. Kenny was direct, patient and honest… three traits I appreciate. We walked through a decision to get her, he gave me clean honest information and allowed me to make a sound , well thought out decision. He is beyond good at what he does, give the man a raise.

Honestly, I was pretty nervous about reaching out because of a bad experience I had with a debt relief agency in the past—they made me feel small and discouraged. But those worries disappeared within the first few minutes of this call. I spoke with Russell Davis, and he explained everything clearly and efficiently. Most importantly, he made me feel heard and reassured about my situation. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness he showed.

For anybody hesitating to make the call, just do it. I was so tired of dealing with my outstanding loans and I finally bit the bullet and decided to move on from the stress. The full call can take a couple of hours and there are a lot of questions to be answered but I recommend clarifying anything and everything and they'll do that for you. William was my point of contact and he was honest and transparent, I couldn't be happier with the results.
