Solid company. Products have never failed me. Simplicity on ordering. The few times I've communicated with them, they are responsive and positive. Sure I could find products cheaper but True Cable offers products that are solid, consistent, of quality, and supported well.

TrueCABLE uses solid bare copper conductors instead of copper-clad aluminum (CCA), which is extremely important for reliability, especially when running PoE devices like security cameras and wireless access points. The cable jacket is durable and flexible, making it easy to pull through walls, attics, and conduits without damaging the cable.Another thing I appreciate is how easy the cable is to terminate. Whether I’m using RJ45 connectors, keystone jacks, or patch panels, the conductors hold their shape well and the color coding is very clear. This helps speed up installations and reduces errors during termination.Performance-wise, the cables have been very reliable and consistent, even on longer runs. Finding the product I needed was fairly easy and the description helped me know if it was exactly right for the job which was nice. The pictures were VERY helpful and I think there was a video. The delivery made the experience even better it was fast and straight to my apartment door which I really appreciated! The price was also reasonable and the quality of the cable was great. I use trueCABLE cat6e for all my runs. It is consistently reliable, easy to terminate and works 100%. I've had hit/miss experiences with other brands, but not trueCABLE. I've also picked up their punchdown tool. I've used a bunch of different brands of punchdown tools over the past 30 years. I really like the ergonomics of it - the way it feels in my hand. The rounded end fits into the palm of your hand. The next time I need to replace one of my existing networking tools - I'll be replacing them with trueCABLE.
