Total scam. “Filed” completely wrong and also scammed me out of $1800.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Trademark Pioneer is under a federal investigation by the USPTO for fraud. After a year of waiting for my application to be reviewed, I have been informed by the US PTO that they will not review any applications submitted by Trademark Pioneer of their known fraudulent practices. They will charge you high fees and use scare tactics, consistently, to pressure you into buying things you don’t need. STAY AWAY
This organization happily takes the initial fee of $350 to $700. About nine months later they reach out explaining that they need another 3K. I’m guessing they would want more in six months. This may be a scam as the shakedown for more money was harsh and over many months and in addition to the initial fee. Consumers beware!
Word to the wise: BE VERY CAREFUL when hiring someone to file trademarks for you. I hired a company that claimed to be legit trademark attorneys to file 3 separate trademarks for me. They were expensive, but it's my business, and I wanted it done right, so I paid them thousands of dollars. The company calls themselves "trademark pioneer," but I wouldn't be at all surprised if they operate under several different business names. (They showed up on my credit card statement as "artnartstudio")The story: First, they will bait and switch you with a decent price at first, followed by a lot of warnings about what could go wrong if you don't pay for more services. So you pay for more services. Then, they will file your trademark applications. Then they will try to sell you more unnecessary services. If you don't buy at that point (which I didn't, because something didn't feel right), they will file opposition to your trademark application (as a different company). Then try to extort you for more money to "fight the opposition." They also filed the trademarks under the wrong designation/status, to make it easier for them to scam me. (Trademarks had already been in use for quite some time, but they filed as "intend to use in the future, which is a different designation on the application, which cannot be changed once the application is filed.)I checked my TM status on the USPTO website and my trademark was still pending after 9 months. (The scammers said it was normal, but I've done trademarks on my own before and it was a lot faster, so I called and emailed the trademark office to find out what was up.) Trademark office told me the trademarks were under administrative review because the company who filed them was under investigation for fraudulent activity. Then I got another email from the company saying I was going to lose my trademarks if I didn't hire them as my "attorney of record" for several thousand more. I told them to go away, I was onto their scam and reporting them to the authorities. So much money down the drain. Now trademark office is telling me my best bet is to cancel my applications and re-file, which will cost more money and time... and who knows what will happen because of the opposition they filed.I am a smart woman. A successful and seasoned serial entrepreneur. If I can be taken, anyone can. Painful and expensive lesson learned.
I paid $700 the filed an application then every year after they called lying saying it was a problem and I have to pay $3500 right now to keep someone else from getting my name. I would recommend you not use them at all.
Scam, Scam, Scam. Paid TradeMark Pioneer to file my trademark 1700.00. They filed it in 2022. In 2023 they contacted me saying there were issues and I would have to pay another 3600.00 to correct their issues. Was contacted again 8/24 telling me I had to pay another 3600.00. Here's just a few words from their email..."The federal office has provided an opportunity to address this objection and complete the registration of your trademark. To proceed, we must fulfill the mandatory requirements raised by the examining attorney promptly.• Combined Section 8 & 15 Declaration.• Attestation from 50 States. This step is critical to completing your trademark registration process. Please note the breakdown of federal fees associated with the required declarations and attestations:• Combined Section 8 & 15 Declaration (Statement of Use): $525 Per Class x 4 = $2,100• Attestation from 50 States: $30 Per State x 50 = $1,500Given the circumstances, we kindly request your immediate decision on whether you wish to proceed with the registration process. This decision is time-sensitive as we have a deadline to meet to safeguard your trademark interests."I contacted USPTO and my application has not even been reviewed yet. So this email is complete lies. I'm glad they only got the initial 1700 from me.
such a scam do NOT use these people. they will just ask for more money and not get anything done.
Confirmed Scam. After a year, they called me to request an additional $4,000. When I called the USPTO it turned out they had only submitted my trademark in a single class, not the 5 that I paid for. And the "Lawyer" representing my case had been permanently banned, due to exactly this type of BS... they used a fake email so I wouldn't get any direct correspondence from my application.
I ordered the premium package to file my trademark, I paid the one time fees and they said everything was taken care of and no more fees would be necessary. A year later I get a call saying I need to schedule an appointment to speak with a lawyer, after 5 no show appointments, tons of text messages, emails, and calls, I finally receive an extremely vague email asking for some proof of business. After many email exchanges with them giving as little detail as possible they finally get to the point where they were trying to charge me $5000 to file my Statement of Use. Since they scammed me into logging into their USPTO account with my ID.ME I have been unable to access the Statement of Use to file it myself. They tried to add on totally unnecessary services that don't even relate to a trademark to upsell me. Biggest regret and biggest money grab. This company should be shut down.
SCAM ALERT DO NOT USE!I made an account on TrustPilot just to leave this review to hopefully save someone some money. They did file my trademark however they have been hounding me for more money ever since.First they told me that my trademark was denied and event sent a false document to make it believable. I believed them. They said I needed to file an appeal costing hundreds if not thousands. I ignored it for a while because I had other things on my plate.I just got another series of calls and texts from them saying that someone else was trying to file for thee same name and we needed to act immediately. They quoted me $4000 to resolve everything. I said I couldnt pay and he said "let me talk to my manager and see what we can do" which was suspicious because these should be fixed costs. I hung up.I called the USPTO and they said my application hasnt eve been reviewed yet so there's no way it could have been denied for infringement and there's no way they would be able to tell that someone else is filing for our name.So yes they tried to scam me out of $5000+. Stay far away from these guys.
It's a scam. 100%.
Where do I even begin? First, I am a stay-at-home mom with a small business that makes very little money, and they scammed $2,764 out of me despite their website saying it costs $249 for their deluxe package. Nothing on their website says anything about any additional fees that accompany their services, and these fees were never discussed with me prior. Do not trust them; do not do business with them. Learn from my mistakes and either file your stuff by yourself or find someone else to do it because you'll lose more money than it actually takes to file anything.
GEEEETTTTT OUUUUUTTTT! Call the USPTO. THIS place rips you off, and charged me almost 6x what it was if I would have filed for myself. They lie about their services, and take advantage of hard-working individuals who are looking for help.
SCAM!!!!! They I called the USPTO to file app is only $250 for name and logo. Trademark Pioneers Harry Jenkins and fake lawyers Eddie Schneider and Shan Tzu are thieves. The sent me a clearance report stating that each classification was $350. I ended paying $1400 initially. Then months went on w/o any correspondence. They uploaded the wrong logo, and lied to me again when trying to correct it. They tried to make me pay another $2000 for what they called maintenance, publication, and attestation fee's. So I actually called the USPTO and spoke w/ customer care where they stated the gave me the actual TEAS plus app fee and lmk know that there was no such thing as the publication, maintenance/attestation fees. When I informed Harry Jenkins of this over text, he never responded. They will burn!!!!!
Scam. Took over $1k, never filed any paperwork for my trademark. They have blocked my number since so I have no way of contacting them.
I had a misunderstanding with fees. Trademark pioneer I was able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction.
Fast, efficient, easy to work with, almost shocking how smooth it all went. Will most definitely recommend.

LUCKY TO GET AWAY !!!This company goes through great efforts to remove their bad reviews!!! Scam scam scam !!!Lucky to get awayLucky to get away! This company is a fraud!! The dates on the good reviews indicate this is also made up. They changed their website that copied the official government site to a new elaborate site to appear legitimate!!!! My amex flagged the transaction and that saved me !!! Somehow the merchant is different! The Brit guy even joked that he was taking peoples money! This is my second review, the first was removed because I didn’t follow up, but I found some receipts to back me up. I even recorded the conversation because I’m in a state that allows!!This company is dependent on the time it take to complete a normal registration! Which It will be nothing you can do 6 months or a year from now, later when you can’t get your money back. Those reviews are sooo fresh ! Notice No old “REAL” reviews!!!!
Greetings, I am the owner of C&C Moving Specialist Mike. Recently, I utilized the services of Trademark Pioneer to handle the trademarking process for my business. After researching several companies, I chose to work with them despite their higher cost. We agreed on a price that was suitable for me and proceeded with the process. However, during our interactions, I encountered a few concerns. Firstly, their payment and receipt handling process was unconventional, and secondly, their trademark order processing was not entirely transparent.I requested a package that included an attorney to assist me throughout the process. Unfortunately, the attorney I spoke with was assertive and manipulative, informing me that I needed to complete two trademarks to proceed. This would have cost me an additional $700, on top of the $250 I had already paid. He also mentioned that if I only pursued a single trademark, the application could be declined. This information was not readily available on their website. I declined the offer and requested to cancel my order. The attorney stated that he needed to end the call to cancel the order, so I reached out to the cancellation department. However, the same attorney answered the phone, put me on hold, and then another individual, who was impolite and discourteous, spoke with me. He stated that all orders were final, despite no mention of this on their website. He then abruptly hung up on me. It has now been four days, and I have not received any official cancellation receipt. It appears that they do not have a cancellation department.I strongly advise avoiding this company for trademark services. Instead, I recommend using reputable companies like Business Rocket or Legal Zoom. After this experience, I decided to work with Business Rocket, which cost me $550.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
