Evan Shaw is the most personable & professional loan officer I've ever done business with years. He's patient, efficient, respectful of everyone, which includes other staff members. Truly a great individual who has greater things ahead of him! I would trust him to run my business for sure! Tower Loan is blessed to have him. I've referred several clients to him and will continue doing so...Thank you Tower loan for Always coming through for my business needs, and thank you for Employing Evan Shaw! The one thing i do not like is other staffers snaking / attempting to take Evans Clients away.... it should be all for one and one for all. When i was in Sales & another sales persons client came in unannounced and that salesperson was unavailable. I waited on my colleagues clients with no compensation and was perfectly happy and glad to serve.... thats what is right and just. Tower Loan needs to draw a line in the sand, make it company policy, Absolutely Positively no snaking coworkers clients when it cones to sales commission compensation. If one sales person is busy with a client, it should be other salesperson duty and pleasure to process the client's deal FOR the busy salesperson. Do this for the team and out of kindness and respect!

I got behind on my loan
I got behind on my loan. Sent my wife in to pay on it. At the Rayville location They were very rude and would not let her make a payment. I work out of town. And I’m requesting they stop showing up at my house harassing my wife while she home alone. Especially when they won’t let her make payments for me. I don’t have a credit card to pay over the phone.

I called the Laurel Mississippi store…
I called the Laurel Mississippi store and spoke with Teddy because i was making a payment in the area where i work. I asked what my payment was,mind you i know ive been late and filed against but never went to court because i paid. Im just due for February i was told $490 including court cost. I wasnt told about another court cost he stated it was just added. He then stated to me when youve been filed on before you just cant pay when you want to. There are some very bad attitudes in the Laurel Mississippi store. I should have been told this when i made my payment in January. If it was a new person she should have been trained better.
