Canadian business
We’re a Canadian business and we initially started our USA trademark registration with a low cost online company we found in google search. Unfortunately, they made several critical errors in our application. When the USPTO raised multiple issues and sent us a notice, we tried contacting the first company for clarification but they never responded to any of our emails, and all the phone numbers they provided had been disconnected. After a lot of frustration, we reached out to Trademark Express and spoke with Chris DeMassa. He clearly explained the mistakes that had been made and how to fix them. Chris has extensive experience and knowledge in trademark law and regulatory requirements. His service was professional, honest, and thorough.We learned the hard way that trying to save a few dollars can end up costing much more in the long run.
