Lee is a rare find, a concientious and knowledgable heating engineer who does a great job at a fair price. Will definately select Lee again and have already reccomended him to friends and family.

Honest, fair, dependable!
You won't find better than Lee! He's been servicing our gas appliances for nearly ten years, and we wouldn't use anyone else.Other than being really friendly, he's very communicative, and really fair with his pricing. The Water Heating Company are fantastic!Another year of servicing, and we couldn't be happier. :)

The whole experience from telephoning…
The whole experience from telephoning for an oil boiler service, doing the service and clearing up, receiving an invoice was very professional. Everything was explained and I was able to ask questions and get answers. The bill at the end was reasonable and I never felt ripped off!

Troublesome boilers and a new boiler
Lee has been dealing with me and my troublesome boiler for the past 3 years. As a young women, he has never taken advantage and always tried his best to save me money. It finally came to having to purchase a new boiler and Lee was here all day on a Saturday! 9-7. He explained each step, showed me what he had done and tidied up at each stage. Sharon, his wife, always replies to messages quickly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you both! Hopefully, no more cold showers now!

The most helpful and reliable Plumber/Heating engineer we know
We have had Lee out 3 times to our house now for renovations and upgrades and more recently an emergency and he and Sharon who arranges everything are so helpful and accommodating. I could not recommend them enough for any work you need. I would say their prices are competitive but we don't shop around after the first visit due to the service you get from them. Thank you again so much

You won’t find nicer or more helpful people people
Just moved to the area and was trying to find someone to service my oil fired boiler , I phoned about 20 people with no luck and no interest then I spoke to Sharon at The Water Heating Company so friendly and helpful was a breath of fresh air , booked Lee her husband for the next day even though he was booked up Sharon fitted him in as my boiler needed a new pump , Lee was such a professional absolute wealth of knowledge and so friendly he’s done various jobs for us since and I cannot recommend him enough , keep up the good work Guys !

What a refreshing change! Actually sent me an itemized estimate of work required. Answers calls and even returns them. Honest, reliable with a sense of pride in his work. Quality of work was excellent. Had an oil tank replaced and moved. He also carried out a full service on the boiler and rectified several other problems for us. Outstanding sales and service with a sprinkle of down to earth!!!
I just had to leave a review about Lee and his apprentice Callum. From the off Lee was honest, reliable and gave good old fashioned quality customer service. Lee was very informative and knew his stuff and explained things without blinding with science. At all times they were respectful of my home with even Callum waiting whilst I ate my lunch instead of pounding on the radiators. Sometimes it is the little things that go a long way.Even when the supplier let him down Lee decided,off his own back to help find a solution, putting in a better spec boiler even though I'm sure this impacted on his profit as a small business owner. Having been brought up in a household where my dad worked all hours for himself I appreciated this gesture. Amazing is all I can say from start to finish...oh and the most competitive price around!!!
