Persistence, Patience & Professionalism
As a new (and very busy) business owner, I really appreciated working with Joseph of the Trademark Company! First off he was very patient with me through his "reminder" phone calls. Yes it is a business for him, but he really cared about ensuring that the paperwork on my various trademarks are up to date and properly submitted. He also took the time to explain the different steps in the process and made sure I was aware of how these actions would protect my business. Much appreciated!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Trademark, and honestly, that's all thanks to Glenda.She didn't just provide great service; she made what could've been a stressful process feel completely manageable. When we ran into obstacles (because of course we did), Glenda never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. She was patient, genuinely helpful, and always got back to me quickly with answers that actually made sense.What really stood out to me was how real the whole interaction felt. I'm so used to customer service that feels scripted and impersonal, you know, where you're just another ticket number. But talking with Glenda was different. She treated me like an actual person, and I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me get things sorted out.I'm writing this because I want to make sure someone in a position to recognize truly outstanding work actually sees it. And honestly? I generally dislike writing reviews almost as much as I dislike sitting in traffic, so the fact that I'm taking the time to do this should tell you something. Glenda deserves more than a generic "good job" or her name on some break room bulletin board. She's the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back and tell everyone they know about their experience. I have used Joseph for two different trademarks and he is outstanding! He is thorough, easy to communicate with, and follows through with each step in a timely manner. Before I found The Trademark Company, I attempted to secure two trademarks on my own, unsuccessfully. This cost me time, money, effort, and aggravation.
