We have ordered 3 systems from The Solar Biz spanning from the mid 2000s to our current system, installed in 2024. Their products have been excellent and competitively priced. But the customer support is what really makes this company shine. They are extremely knowledgeable of Solar. They helped us size and design our systems, and their tech support has always been available to answer our questions. And when dealing with something like Solar, it is crucial to know that the company you work with really knows their stuff and will be there when you need them. And we can say that this company has always been there for us, for a very long time.

I recently purchased a Lithium Battery for my golf cart from Solar Biz. The manufacturer had all kinds of issues with getting this battery released in my area. Tom and Barb provided excellent customer service through the entire process. My delivery was delayed for about 6 weeks from the manufacturers promised time. Tom and Barb were following up with me and the manufacturer every several days until the issue was resolved. Barb assured me that my purchase was safe and I would not be at a loss for this purchase. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Also, Tom has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the battery field. He openly shared his thoughts and ideas both before and after the purchase. I feel that I can call him with any questions in the future. And did I mention that their price was the best in the country for my item? I strongly recommend Solar Biz for your battery or solar needs. They are top notch in every area. Customer service is off the charts
Customer service is off the charts, bar none. I've been dealing with this company for at 15 years. Patty, Tom and Barb are just wonderful to deal with. They gladly spend the time helping you with parts, system design, trouble shooting, etc. Prices are competitive and shipping is fast and dependable. There's virtually nothing they don't know about. You can't get that just anywhere.

I didn't know much about solar so I call these guys as they seemed like an old company. Boy howdy they literally trained me in solar. answered all my questions and fully explained the answers so I could understand them. I now know solar more than my neighbors!! Prices are great too.

Terrible customer Service
Terrible customer Service. Shipping charges are ridiculous. Shipping charges are shown as a mandatory item with no choice offered. They lie about that. Service Reps aree liars that make product offers substitution offers they don't carry through on. I would never trust them and will never do business with them.They lie about offering lower shipping charges. The item comes up on the web page with shipping charges assigned to the purchase. If other options were available they are well hidden and were never offered until I complained. These people are so dishonest. stay away from them.

Great customer service and communication
We are repeat customers because of the great service. This time there was an issue with the website so I called the company. I had to leave a message. I received a call back in a short time, maybe a couple of hours. After reporting the issue with the website I got my item ordered. I received shipping notification later that evening. They also followed up with questions about the website after speaking with their tech support. SolarBiz wants happy customers and they show it. Once again, you have made this customer happy and intent on continuing our business relationship.

My most recent experienoe with Solar Biz offered prompt and superior service
My most recent experience with Solar Biz was in mid-Sept when I bought a replacement deionizer cartridge for a system that Solar Biz helped me install in approx. 2018. During that process I recieved multiple phone consultations with their solar engineer which was extremely helpful. I wanted to give them a 5-star review at the time but couldn't figure out how. Mostly, the cartridge replacement was done online but got a phone call stating price had increased in a prompt way that was necessary if I am to keep my batteries watered.
