Jordan provided exceptional customer service. After a measurement mix-up on our end when ordering our plantation shutters, she went above and beyond anything we expected, and offered to remake our shutters for free. What could have been a very expensive mistake turned into an incredible experience because of her kindness and professionalism. We were honestly blown away by her generosity and kindness and are beyond grateful. This turned a very stressful, expensive mistake into an incredible customer service experience. Eco Wood Shutters - poor frames fit
I ordered 2 Eco Wood Shutters (Full height).+ ordering was easy.+ shutters arrived on time, but did not get any shipping notification from The Shutter Store. UPS notified me that I had a shipment from an unknown company (Norman USA), that turns out were the shutters manufacturer.+ shutters were easy to assemble.+ I installed the frames with the provided corner frame joint blocks, but the frames did not fit tight and there is and approx. 1/8" visible corner gap between the 4 frames. This is very disappointing, and indicates the the frame cut angles were not exactly the same! I have photos to show.
