We were gyped out of deals and excursions they promised at a discount and then didnt have those excursions and ended up costing twice as much and never got refunded for the cancelled one and $250 were stolen from our room. That is why the have you sign a not responsible for anything stolen. They watch carefully when you come and go!!!. Really ruined our anniversary trip. Reported it but did nothing.
