Great customer service from ordering, timely e-mails during shipping and delivery. Getting an answer to a question in a timely and personable fashion. It was a question or best results information that hadn't been included in the "use" paperwork.
Placed a 3X TheraPet Dog Diffuser December 14, 2025 that did not work for my dog. Took a long time for company to reply to my email. No satisfaction! Order was for $70.97. They offered a $6.19 credit January 11, 2026 for their product. If it didn't work for my dog the first time, why would I ever want to use a credit!
I used this for my last doodle and it helped so much!
We foster cats and at any one time have multiple ages, breeds, and all unique with different backgrounds. We used the uber brand everyone knows, and we had spraying and fighting and it was not working. We switched to TheraPet and within 2 months that all stopped. No spraying, fighting, and better adjusted cats for adoption. We will not go back to uber brand.
My cat stopped pee'ing on the dog blanket on the couch! Yay! My 2 dogs are still barking indoors, but my Golden Retriever is having an unusual desire now for continual butt scratches that make him dance & smile! Nice side effect, tho! He's so happy! The English Cream Retriever, wants to be even closer to me now. Like Velcro. That's fine with me!Thank you!

I got thera pet md infused and I have been using it for 3 months, honestly no change in my male dog marking..I don't recommend..
My dog reacted to the cute dispensers and got up close. He has been much better at asking me to take him out to potty rather than doing it in the house. Thank you so much. You have another loyal customer!
Stay away from this company, the product had no effect at all leaves an unpleasant odor. They automatically signed me up for continuous orders. The 30 day policy is great if you can get them to acknowledge you want to return the product. After making a request they acknowledged I needed more time to think about it and we could try another product. And they ended with looking forward to your thoughts and nothing on how to return....You be the judge, buyers beware!!!!Ed in Oklahoma
When we moved Tank (Chihuahua) was scared and anxious when we had to leave him. He wasn't using the puppy pads like he should He's calmer now and uses the puppy pads. Wonderful product.
Product defective.. would not cancel subscription before shipment delivery..
We've been using two diffusers for a month now and our new cat is still peeing outside the box. Mainly in one area of the house and once a day. Our other cat still growls and hisses at him. I can't afford to keep buying products and sprays and collars and cleaners. Gonna give the diffuser another month. Is there any other products that can help?
TheraPet is exactly what was needed for my cat. She's a high-anxiety critter, and this has helped her immensely. I have recommended TheraPet to several of my friends, and all of them have become customers! It's a GREAT product!
I can tell when my diffusers are dry! My psycho male cat gets aggressive towards his sister. I recommended them to a friend who was introducing new cat into household. She said they worked.

TherapetMD is a game changer! I own 2 female Calico cats and they were always slapping and hissing at each other. But since my wife and I started using Therapet it's all bliss now! We actually started the subscription. Better price with at selection as well. Thank you !!!
This is the best product I have brought in a long time. I have 8 dogs and my house is so much happier for me and my babies
I bought a two pack of TheraPet for cats in a starter kit to calm my two sensitive cats. I had previously used Feliway before. I plugged the first diffuser in and when I went to check it 10 days later it had totally disappeared. I estimate the diffuser last only 7-9 days. I told TheraPet this and to their credit they sent me two more diffusers. I plugged in a second diffuser in case this was a freak occurrence but again it ran out after around 8 or 9 days. In this time frame I did not see any improvement in my cats.TheraPet had suggested that it may be the location it was plugged in that was the problem. This is the usual location that I plug in pet diffusers but as a test I plugged in a Feliway diffuser and monitored it. It has currently been plugged in for over 28 days so far and is still about half full.As TheraPet was cheaper I was hopeful that I could switch from Feliway but given it lasts less than one third of the length of time the price overall is very similar or more.
I bought several of the diffusers and oil to help my dog. Both diffusers worked initially, then one of them stopped working the second day. I posted on a Facebook ad, and one of your CSAs contacted me with some troubleshooting ideas. I went through the process multiple times, but it still did not work. The CSA sent me a replacement, which is on its way. A company that actually stands behind its products in today's society where everything is disposable is a breath of fresh air. Well done and keep up the great work.
